Extremely disappointing form start to finish, this hotel did not deliver for me personally the afternoon tea experience I expected. I contacted the hotel for a credit after a series of issues came up and nothing was done.Afternoon tea should be offered in an elegant...More

This has generally been my favorite high tea of all time for many years. This time we were staying at the hotel and introduced some friends to it. Bottom line: lovely setting, terrific high tea food, good service, but a noisy wedding marred the experience...More

My friend and I spent a lovely afternoon enjoying the serenity of the tea room at the Windsor Arms Hotel. I tried the Windsor Arms special blend, which was full bodied but subtle. The finger sandwiches were all delicious and paired beautifully with the tea,...More

What could have been a great experience was spoiled by a disorganized manager who had all of his people running without sections and no specific job. Upon being seated a server came to us and I specifically asked him for the "lay of the land"...More

This was a special treat for us. We had never had high tea before. The price is of course quite high, but the experience was great. All the food was very good quality, and the quantity was sufficient to keep us sightseeing for the rest...More

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. Selection of tea was extensive. We began with goat cheese tarts, then a selection of delicious sandwiches. Two kinds of scones--plain and cranberry--were presented with clotted cream and house made jams. Finally, a tempting variety of desserts. Service was...More

Musty smelling halls and room. Half eaten Jamican patty left on our coffee table to greet us on arrival.

I don’t know where some of the negative reviews are coming from because my mom and I had a great experience. We went for high tea this past Wednesday and were very impressed. The food was delicious and plentiful - more than you can possibly...More

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination

Hi there! As it is in a hotel they should be flexible. But when I was there, everyone was nicely casually dressed.

Prices vary between $38 - $55 per person, definitely check out their website to see more information about pricing and what is included. I also recommended checking Groupon to see if they have any offers at this time.
