Location and contact

We're a casual open space designed for communal dining, a hangout for beer, cider, and wine aficionados, for families, work friends, and sausage lovers of all ages. We make great sausages with over twenty five options; from Chorizo and Bratwvrst, to our Venison with red pepper, or Wild Boar and black tea. We also have our Barese sausage, which is made for sharing, but that doesn't mean you have to. Like fries? We have regular and duck fat (all Belgian style) with 16 house made dips to choose from. Also, WE LOVE VEGETARIANS = we have 3 vegan, and 1 vegetarian sausage. We have 24 taps that we clean every two weeks. Our draft list is constantly rotating, but always focuses on home grown craft beer

Amazing brew choices -- it's hard to find "big" high-gravity, malty beers in summer anywhere, but Toronto is especially tough -- but be warned that the really good stuff will cost you over $30 a bottle. And they pair well with the tasty sausages that...More

Personal business took me downtown on a wet and rainy day. Lunch time, we went searching for decent food in the Bathurst/Front area. Ended up having a whole bunch of different 'sausages in a bun'.at "WVRST" - traditional European sausage theme with added exotic and...More

Located upstairs, this is an open and airy space with several long wooden tables with chairs along each side - meant for communal eating - get to know your neighbors. There was nobody manning the entrance as a greeter... so if you don't know the...More

The sausages are very flavourful... I highly recommend the rabbit or kangaroo. If you're dining solo or with one other person, I suggest grabbing a seat at the bar as you'll be able to order from the bartenders. Otherwise, it's a seat yourself at the...More

Great sausage tried Bison, Venison, and Kaas all were great. The Duck Fat Fries are heaven! More beer choices than anyone can handle. Very busy sold out of the Elk sausage and we got there around 6:30pm. Also most of the seats were reserved for...More

One bartender was amazing and the other one was horrible with an attitude. The beer bottles are extremely over priced with 300% - 700% mark-up, I don't know if the supplier is ripping them off or if they are ripping everyone off. The draft list...More

Busy Friday night, there was a line up and were told it would be approximately 30 mins before going in, but ended up only being 15 minutes. It’s communal seating so you order at one of two bars and then you find a seat and...More
