Fun place to go with family and friends. They serve good food and good drinks! Great staff, very helpful and open late at night if you are stuck on what to do! Had so much fun taking family and friends here!

Great place to pass an afternoon. $6 per person to play and a huge selection of games. Game "gurus" are around to help newbies out with new games which really helped us to have the nerve to try new things. Attentive and friendly service from the table waiters. It would have been even better if the drink and food selection... More

Great spot to play some board games (enormous selection) and enjoy some exceptional nutella lattes! Very hipster energy but friendly and has excellent service. Great place to spend some time connecting with friends over a game or two. I'll go back for sure.

Location is good, parking is a little tough, but it is right on the Metro line. Service from food to board game recommendations/instructions was outstanding. Food - meh. Not really enough on a plate for sharing. Could have better selections for appetizers. It was okay, but we were not there for the food. Games - There is $6 cover charge... More

Looking to spend the good part of a sleepy Sunday with friends? Snakes & Lattes is the perfect place for you! Just make sure you get a spot quickly, because it fills up fast! Yes, some of the snacks are overpriced, and finding a seat can be a serious hassle, but Snakes and Lattes is still a blast. Nothing's like... More

As a board game aficionado, it was great to find this gem in The Annex. The selection they have is great, and at a great price for playing - my only suggestion is that they add a "per hour" option! Great categorisation of difficulties to help newbies, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The food and drink was also pretty damn... More

For a $5 only admission fee you're welcomed into the world of board games! This place has a HUGE selection of board games to fit any.l mood. The plus side is that you can spend as much time here as you want! This downside.. of it's busy, there is a chance you're on the waiting list for a loooong time.... More

Snakes & Lattes was a great date-night idea and terrific way to spend a couple of hours sipping lattes + playing a new board game. The Games Master was very helpful in explaining the Pandemic board game to us - new fun game. It took a while to explain, but it was an enjoyable game. I'm sure we didn't exactly... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
