Shoutout to the staff who didn't bat an eye when we showed up minutes before close. I ordered the beef/lamb, and my girlfriend ordered the chicken. The beef/lamb was quite good (the lamb especially... yum), but my girlfriend's chicken gyro was fantastic. As a rule,...I will always order red meat over poultry, but Alexandros' chicken is so mind-blowing that it's hard to recommend anything else.More
I love greek food. Overall is a good place however staff should check the pita they put on the plate otherwise they will ruin all the greek taste 😕
Visited this hole in the wall restaurant in November 2019. I had the best Gyros of my life here when I visited a few years ago. This time, it’s still good, but no wow like last time. I think I had beef or lamb last...time. This time, only pork or chicken was available. So I chose pork and it wasn’t as flavorful as last time. Still good Gyros, just not amazing.More
Very rushed despite no one behind us. They gave us pork instead of the chicken Gyro we ordered. Also, we asked for a side of tzatziki with our order which we didn't get. Barely any dressing on the salad or the Greek fries. Just disappointed...since we had a great experience here last time we were in Toronto.More
Great Greek food served at the takeout place harbour side. The chicken gyro dinner was delicious. Reasonably priced. A few tables available to sit outside. Steady stream of people going in for food. Always a good sign.
We had the pork gyro over salad dish and it was very plentiful and incredibly delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I’d eat here again anytime!
Attending a conference near by and looking for somewhere for lunch. On the lake side and having an outside eating area, I had a great giros. Healthy and fresh - yum.
They have great tasting gyros, the last time I went I got the pork ones. Good Size, and taste. Very fresh. Great place to stop for a quick bite.
When ever i m in and around downtown Toronto, I try to visit this place to get my greek fixings. They provide authentic greek fast food take out or small outdoor patio sitting cozy on lake ontario. They are open late every day till 4...am in the morning so they are the perfect place to stop by for late night 4th meal or otherwise. The greek food is amazing, my favorite being the Pork Gyro but everything else on the menu is great as well and is budget friendly for the quality of food provided.More
Visited for take out giro in May 2019. Very quick and surprisingly good. If you are in the water front, and looking for a quick bite, this is a good option.
I was staying at the Westin Harbour Castle and love that I could walk right next door for a quick bite. The chicken was incredibly tender and the meal quite tasty. A good cheapie option for those travelling with an eye to the budget.
Service: Fast, efficient, dealing well with crowds. Food: Great tasting, filling and well priced (about 5-7$ for individual items, a dinner set of gyros + pitas + fries + greens is about 14$) Located right beside the Westin Hotel, absolutely worth trying! (and open late...too!)More
I was in Toronto for Furnal Equinox, and was told this place didn't refuse service to fursuiters. Indeed, I saw a few fursuiters inside the restaurant. The staff seemed very glad to see us, and very helpful, even though they were running out of some...of their staples. I had the vegetable pita, and enjoyed it. Really recommending this place.More
We got the dinner for two and brought it back to our rooms. Loved the greek fries, and couldn't finish the whole meal because it was so much food! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the food is great.
