I am writing this review for Dim Sum express at the Scarborough Town Centre.
This is a nice fast place to eat good quality dim sum. If you go to traditional dim sum restaurants it’s very hard to get what you want waiting for carts...More
My mom and I came here to try one of the lunch sets on Thursday to taste their menu. We came around 12:45 pm and ordered one Chef's Dim Sum Pick, which included: 1 Supreme Shrimp Dumpling, 1 Pork Siu Mai, 1 Mushroom and Snow...More
The restaurant has very nice decor, decent prices and good food. The service was great too. The washroom was located very close as my wife had to do some baby diaper changing during the meal and was able to quickly return. It's a new place...More
Good dim sum at 5 star prices. Located in a mall. No restrooms. have to use the mall's restrooms. One would think they would have their own considering their prices. Good service though and nice atmosphere.
Wonderful experience last night at dinner. Went for the first time with friends that go to Kwan Dim Sum on a regular basis and I will definitely return. Freshly prepared Cantonese style food with very fresh ingredients. We had 7 different dishes and they were...More
Just absolutely love this restaurant. We have been three times and loved it every time! It's on the upper level above food court in Scarborough Town Centre. Great looking modern Chinese restaurant with contemporary modern decor, and nice comfortable sitting areas with both booth and...More
We have visited the one on Yonge at St. Clair and was introduced to this one at Scarborough Town Centre. We arrived before noon on a Sunday and they were not busy. The food was good, same as other good quality dim sum places but...More
Place is located inside the Scarborough Town Centre. Was not too busy when we came in for dinner. Dim sum is just the same as in the other places I have tried. I find this place a bit overpriced for what they offer.
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous
rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
