I came right as they opened and didnt have to wait at all.
I ordered a small soup with the hand pulled noodles. The noodles were pretty good, nice and chewy. It came with thinly sliced daikon and the beef.
I wish the soup had...More
Although seating is tight, I would recommend GB Hand- Pulled Noodles to anyone. You can literally watch the noodles being made to order right in front of you. The portion sizes are very generous and the prices are VERY fair.
The staff were quick, efficient,...More
This tiny authentic Chinese noodle shop is perfect for a quick, delicious and fun meal. The hand pulled noodles are fantastic and fresh, made right in the restaurant. And the menu is small and simple and budget friendly. Definitely a must try.
Good fun and friendly is how I would describe this place. Loads of noodles and rich soup. Always fun to decide between flat, fat, thin. There is a great chew which I love. There are also lots of other things on the menu to try...More
I regularly visit Toronto for work and when I do I always pop-in to this tiny place with excellent food. The dishes are quite simple yet very tasty and fairly priced. What I particularly like are the noddles which are hand made on the spot....More
Not only are the noodles absolutely delicious (like the most delicious) the experience is amazing because you actually get to see them pulling the noodles!!! These babies are made fresh to order and you can taste it! Will return again and again and again.
Took 5 friends who have never tried hand pulled noodles. This place is so legit. Why? There is always a line up. (Usually good sign of awesome food) This place is small.(Quick turn over means fresh food) I forced everyone to eat at 11.30am so...More
Small, busy, loud place (the guy banging out the noodle dough, pounding it on the countertop!), but really really good Lanzhou beef noodles! I had the medium wide noodles and it was great. More food than I could eat, and the broth had just a...More
Have never seen that many choices of different sizes of noodle, all hand made.
This place's very small, but busy. Around $15 per person, each of us got a huge bowl, wasn't able to finish. Taste was good too. Highly recommended.
Authentic taste and flavour, you can't go past genuine hand-pulled noodles!
I had the Danzhou Beef noodles - there aren't a whole variety of options, this is their specialty. There is a vegetarian option though!
You can customise what kind of noodle you want as...More
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
