Fun atmosphere and cozy decor. Pizzas were bang on cooked perfectly and full of fresh ingredients and flavor. Salads were great we also had a cheese and charcuterie plate which was amazing.

The arugula salad was just right with the mix of nuts and dressing. The Napolitana pizza is awesome if you like anchioves. Highly recommended. The place is wonderful. Patio is nice on a warm day. The service was outstanding. I was at the university location.

We popped in here and were very surprised at the level of specialty pizzas. They have simple pizzas for the kids, but amazing, unusual pizzas for the adults. The bread starter is amazing, too.

My friend and I met for lunch at pizzeria libretto, we chose from the set lunch menu which was around $16pp (I believe). The menu included a salad to start, a full pizza (large portion) and a dessert. The food was decent, however I wouldn't say the restaurant is ideal for an hour lunch as they do tend to get... More

We got here around 5:30 and this particular pizzeria does not accept reservations, we were able to get a table for five no problem. The service was great really prompt and friendly waitressing staff. My pizza was DELICIOUS and it was so big I was lucky enough to get some to take home! Would definitely make a trip back here... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
