This place is one of those spots in town, that will make you come back. Very basic, healthy and simple food that is not overpriced. Give it a try even if you're not vegetarian.

This is a great place for good organic and vegetarian food and drinks. It is also very affordable. But it is very busy, you may have to wait a bit for your orders.

Just working on transitioning over to, if not a vegan diet, a more healthy diet with a vegetarian leaning and this is the perfect place to learn to enjoy vegetarian dishes. It's a small and intimate setting but the food and service is excellent. The chipotle unwrapped is my early favourite and is best eaten when you don't worry about... More

Went to the Growing Season for our midday meal today! The avocado sandwich & salad were delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful with a European bistro feel, we shared a table with two other women who were lunching. Very enjoyable! Will definitely be going here again! Perhaps for a Strawberry Bliss Smoothie! Yum!

Food is simply delicious and healthy! Great option for the downtown core. The restaurant is quite small, but that is obviously the style they are going for so they can provide their customers with top quality meals. Also pick up to go is available!

This place is small. But absolutely no complaints about the food and juice bar. The living salad is on of my faves! Portions are a good size. The chicken unwrap is huge!

Great vegan options! Perfect for a healthy take out dinner while staying at out nearby hostel. The young women working there were patient while we figured out what we and our three young kids would order. Prices are pretty reasonable, especially with USD/CAD exchange rates. Will definitely come here again if we make it back to Thunder Bay.

The food is amazing! Good prices, friendly staff and huge healthy portions of delicious goodness. The only downfall this little gem faces is the tiny atmosphere as its based out of a renovated home. It is quite overwhelming trying to enjoy a lunch while people are lined up out the door and waiting for their meal to go. There really... More

From the in-house sprouted lentils, house dressing and best naan bread, this is by far the best food in town. The only set back is the amount of space in restaurant and ambiance. But we typically take out so not a big deal for us.

It's a wonderful, tiny converted house which just hops but if you can squeeze in, the food is worth the cramped quarters. My favourite is their Buddha Bowl and coffee is delicious.
