I really can't comment on the food here, it could be outstanding or could possibly be horrible I honestly don't know as I've never eaten here before. I have however been a patron on several occasions because it's a fun local pub. Their drinks are good and decently priced, they have a good atmosphere and good service. Their location is... More

Ups has a wonderful gluten free menu with a dedicated fryer so the gluten intolerant can enjoy fish and chips, chicken fingers and fries, and potato skins without a worry (except for the waistline). The only downer is their by-the-glass wine menu. Hideous, awful choices that make me truly gag. Good thing they have Strongbow by the bottle.

Went here for dinner with people from work as a celebratory meal. Extensive menu with lots of gluten free options. Got a chicken citrus salad which was ok. The Cajun chicken was good. The food was standard fare for a pub, good portions, nothing to get really excited about. The beer list was very good though and it is a... More

I went here out of the blue. I really didn't know what I was getting myself into. But the food here is just amazing. And the service was outstanding!

One of the best pubs in town in a beautiful location of downtown Sarnia. Good food, lots of different beer options on tap, awesome live music regularly, open mic nights on Sunday's. Good place to grab a pint at night for some night life action

Went for an early Saturday dinner with another couple and had a great time. Their beer selection was very good and the prices were very affordable. One of our party ordered a half chicken wrap and it was almost as big as the full wrap. I had the shepherds pie and it was very good too. I noticed there was... More

Myself and a LARGE group of friends went on a boat cruise. I brought my Nexus just incase I needed it across the river. When we came back to Sarnia we walked over to Ups & Downs. I was denied entry because apparently Nexus is not an acceptable piece of ID. My friends and I spent our money at the... More

I've been to Ups N' Downs a few times and haven't had a bad experience, but sometimes the music is a little too loud to have a conversation with the people/person I'm with. I find it just promotes a more party and enjoy the show vibe rather than a place to chat. Still good.
