As the title says, this is my favorite breakfast spot in town. Really love their savory breakfast dishes. They use fresh quality ingredients that really pop in flavor. They also use some funky dishes like the Don Fransisco that I think are quite unique and delicious. Only reason I'm not giving 5 star is for their lack of sweet breakfast... More

Going out to eat breakfast on a Sunday is extremely popular, so on a cold March morning you want to make sure the restaurant you go to is worth the wait. Jaks is definitely worth the cold wait outside. It's a compact restaurant but we did not feel crowded. There are lots of great food options so it was hard... More

We were the second couple there when arrived shortly after Jak's opened on a Sunday morning. They're located at Bronson and MacLeod (one way street), but if you head down MacLeod from O'Connor then finding parking isn't too tough. The service was pleasant and helpful in explaining their wide selection of breads. The pancake special and omelette were both delicious.... More

Excellent service and delicious food. I had the Popeye Benedict - baby spinach, roast red peppers, caramelized onions and lemon Diablo sauce on buttermilk biscuit. Would recommend it.

Dropped by shortly after 2PM early in the week. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they served breakfast until 3PM! This restaurant is small, cozy, and very inviting. The staff greeted us right away, with a genuine smile on their face, and invited us to sit anywhere we wished. We asked what they recommended, and they informed us that... More

I had a tough time choosing what to order as so many things sounded good. I loved my omelet, the homemade bread and jam...even bought to some to take home. There were a few people there for a weekday and didn't wait for a table. The service was quick, friendly and unassuming. I'm looking forward to going again!

They serve great breakfasts. Plate is not too full, the amount of food was perfect. And the eggs amazing!

This unususal small restaurant (24 indoor places) and about 12 outdoor places (when the patio is open). is a good place for breakfast or lunch. I had a Jacques Monsieur (ham and cheese similar to a Croque Monsieur) done with sourdough bread and it was delicious. it came with salad and one other side dish (I chose quinoa salad which... More

I had a few breakfasts here. For the price you pay, it's really good. The sides are interesting and tasty, I had bacon today and it was thick, crispy and delicious (I rarely choose bacon when I go out for breakfast because it's blend at most places). The bread selection is also really nice. I have not been disapointed yet... More
