Our friends who live nearby suggested going hear to enjoy a coffee to warm up from the cold. It is a cool little place that is bright and lively.

Hi. I don't work there, but am there frequently enough to be able to say that I have seen dogs on the patio on a regular basis. I think they even have water dishes for them...
