What an idea, turning loft into large lively brunch place! Food is good, simple, creative and of a great variety! Service is superb! Love to pay up front system! Hidden jem.

Four of us went here for a shared-birthdays lunch. The place is cleverly camouflaged in an industrial warehouse setting, and is accessed by a catwalk style sidewalk above a parking lot, and the entrance is marked only by a tiny sign above a black industrial-looking...More

My husband and I dropped in for lunch and the food was excellent. He had clam chowder and I had a tuna melt. We highly recommend both. The coffee was delicious and we shared a delicious almond pastry dessert. The idea of having a beverage...More

Awesome food. Hard to find a more fresh bread in the city. Energetic atmosphere for family and friends at a very fair price.

Of course, Art-is-In is most known for its bread and pastries but the lunch sandwiches are great too. Brought a couple of foodie friends from out of town here and they loved it too. Not a fancy place at all, much the opposite in fact,...More

Love this place, definitely recommend! Favorite is the sourdough rosemary garlic bread and any sandwich with pulled pork/carnitas is delicious!! But located in Ottawa and so close to Hull/Gatineau, it really needs to have menus available in French please :) went today with french speaking...More

Walk into this restaurant bakery located in a nondescript industrial area of Ottawa, and the simple interior transports you into a gastronomical world where honest, fresh ingredients are masterfully reworked by Chef Kevin. Truly inspired flavourful pizza toppings such as meatballs, complemented by home-made pesto...More

We ordered to a pizza to go. We ordered the Hawaii 50. I had asked for no onions and no jalapeno's on half. When we got home, we saw that the edges of the pizza crust were burnt. Their were Jalapeno's on the whole pizza,...More

This place is overpriced for the quality of food. I would know as I'm originally from Montreal and the food is way better there! I suggest you google another, smaller bakery within Ottawa. Good luck!
