Great tasting room with lots to see. Restaurant looked very nice. Enjoyed our tasting even though we had to pay $8 each which was refunded at purchase. Did not feel like the lady giving us the tasting was knowledgeable. Said I was originally from Vancouver...More

Stopped in for lunch on our way to NOTL. Great service and exceptional food. Our mains included fish and chips and halibut. Neither disappointed, just like our starters, Beet salad and smoked salmon. Dessert was apple pie. Complemented with a very nice Trius wine.

We stopped here for lunch. The food was very good, I had the fish and chips, but we felt it was a little pricey. It is a very upscale setting and service was good, however for lunch it was little over the top.

I went with 2 friends and it was very reasonable and lots of fun. Went on the Brut tour and it was interesting and the wine was quite delicious

Such a beautiful facilty! Our experience at Trius was delightful. Brandan was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We aren't from the region but will be sure to come back our next time in wine country!

Hi, having visited the restaurant only twice... they have different areas for a group that size, although, this late in the wedding season I would expect they would be all booked out. Great place to be!

Hillebrand Winery Restaurant celebrates the relationship between our land, our people, our wines and our food. Chef Frank Dodd showcases locally inspired cuisine made with ingredients from the bounty of Niagara Wine Country, and Winemaker Craig McDonald pairs them with wines made from grapes that grow in the same soil. Extend your stay in Wine Country, and allow us to arrange a private tasting in our Collector's Boutique or another Winery Experience prior to your meal.
