We had a couple of Craft beers made locally and enjoyed the brisket burger and mussels. The mussels were from PEI and came in a buttery sauce which of course sank to the bottom on the bowl which was perfect for dipping your bread in (that also came with it). The burger I was hesitant on trying but turned out... More

Not a memorable visit. The calamari were hardly fried. The salad was not drained properly, and the tuna sandwich was sashimi.

They were out of one of the few entrès that they offer, the server forgot to ring in our app (the charcuterie board ) and the bill was still quite high. We ended up getting the app to go so we could have it later in the evening and most of it was so gross it was inedible. We threw... More

Visited here in July/16 and had a great lunch! Food was a little slow coming out, but we were in no hurry, and it was delicious so it made the wait worth it. Hubs had the special, fish, and I had the burger. Both were very good. Loved the beer on tap... I had the Amsterdam Blood Orange Radler and... More

Wide range of food options, all very tasty, great burger, really nice mussels, yummy Cesar salad,...It can be busy - but the bar is a nice place for a glass of pre-dinner wine.

Having eaten here twice for lunch, I will become a regular when I'm hanging out in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The menu is simple, but everything I've tried is well made and the service has improved over the past month as they overcomes their opening jitters. It's a good spot for couples (right across from Jackson Triggs Winery) and for business lunches. And... More

We come to Garrison House as often as we can, as the food is always consistent, as is the service and atmosphere. What we like best about GH is the diverse menu, which offers flavours you cannot find in Niagara dining. Paired with the great beer, wine and cocktail list (all locally derived if I recall) it's the ideal spot... More

The small and noisy restaurant is nicely decorated - funky, shabby chic. The servers were pleasant and attentive but overworked. I saw 2 servers and 2 cooks and they were overwhelmed. Our meal took too long and really wasn't worth the wait. Mind you, my husband liked his burger but felt he could get the same thing at places like... More

Great location, plenty of free parking and just outside the hussle and bussle of down town. Great food, great service and clean. If your staying in town it's well worth a drive the very short way out.

Stripped for a light lunch and it was awful. We ordered sausage and cheese platter that didn't have much on it and when we asked for extra bread for cheese they charged us $3.00. Wouldn't advise stopping there unless you have money to blow.
