This is a place the locals hang out. Everyone seemed to everyone in the place and was welcoming to strangers. I ate there twice. Everything is reasonably priced and it serves the usual bar type foods. Their poutine was really good and the local Oast "Barn Raiser" Ale was delicious. It is family friendly and has a pub atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and quick. We went with a group of 4, and the meals were delivered in a timely manor. The food was good for pub food, and made for a filling lunch.

Stopped in here for a snack and to watch the olympics for a little bit. Great service and an impressive menu. Though we didn't order much, we were treated with great service!

We dined here a number of times on our trip. The drink selection is good, the food delicious and the service great, with ample seating. A great place to stop for a bite and catch-up on some sports.

We like it here but it is so busy all the time. They also tend to run out of the food we want to order now and then. The look of the place has been refreshed and that is nice. I really want this place to focus a bit more on the food quality because it's a fun spot to... More

I was recommended by a co worker to go to the sandtrap. I will never forgive him for that. Three of us came out for dinner. When we arrived after waiting for ten minutes to be acknowledged by some crusty server (that seemed over worked or had no desire to be there at all) we finally received menus. After getting... More

Been here several times and the owners take the time to visit each table. Very good pub food and would recommend you try the":Newfie Fries". Very clean and popular place especially on the weekend.

Stayed locally for a night and called in for an evening meal. Place was very busy but we were quickly served by friendly staff and enjoyed a well filled tasty pizza and really meaty, tasty ribs washed down with some good beer. Just what weary travelers needed at a good price.

Great value. Very well priced kids meals, and the kids' pizza portions were quite big. The adult portions where big. Only complaint is that the beer (draft) wasn't cold enough.

We enjoyed the pizza - fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced. My son really liked his bacon macaroni and cheese. Service was a little slow, but very friendly. A good choice.
