We had a drink and an appetizer right on the sidewalk here. It was a beautiful evening and we could people watch as the crowds walked by. We got a crab artichoke dip and it was delicious. It was quite pricey but is was a large portion so it was plenty for us to share. Drinks were on the pricey... More

I had afternoon tea here the day before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids. It was the perfect luncheon before a day of winery tours. The tea was delicious and the assortments of sandwiches and scones were amazing. They kept us full the entire afternoon. They are spot on with the presentation and the quality of the food. The... I felt like I was in a country town in Great Britain enjoying a traditional afternoon tea service. Although the tea was formal, the attire was not, so one would be comfortable in ether business casual or tourist wear. Of course, there were patrons who were dressed to the nines while enjoying a special-occasion tea with family and friends. Reservations... More

My family and I went for dinner. Every Wednesday there are $5.00 meals. It was $5.00 hamburger and fries, which was delicious, but I ordered off the menu. The hotel and restaurant have the most beautiful architecture and pictures. Just so beautiful. You feel like you are in another century. Definitely worth a visit, just to see the wood and... More

Food and service was excellent. The local wine is also worth ordering. I'd never tried sweet potatoe fries before. Delicious!

A few weeks ago, me my sister and I brought our parents to the Drawing Room at the Prince of Wales before seeing the Alice and Wonderland play. The service was great along with the food. We walked in with no reservation at all and the hostess Olivia (dressed as Alice) went out of her way to make sure we... More

We went for Afternoon Tea to celebrate a birthday. It was a themed Alice in Wonderland tea. They really know how to do it up right. The three tiered plate was full of delicious food. The tea selection was wonderful. Our waitress Grace was superb. Our tea was hot, Our view was super. We loved all the white tablecloths, the... More

Wow! This was a two hour tea that was elegant and tasty. For the price point, it was excellent at about 100 for a couple and child. We had excellent service and all of the food was fresh--was full by the end. 4 adults, 5 year old and an 18 month old and we felt right at home. I can't... More

We visited Niagara on the Lake on a beautiful summer day and my daughter had arranged afternoon tea for us at the Prince of Wales hotel. It is served in the Drawing room which is a lovely room with multiple tables set up throughout the space including a solarium. Our server, Grace, delivered a delicious tray of traditional tea sandwiches... More

we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here - though not my favourite location for tea. I prefer the ambience to match the occasion - more serene. This restaurant accommodates larger groups and with that comes the laughter and noise - of joyous occasions no doubt. But not my cup of tea - pun intended. For afternoon tea I prefer a... More
