If you are looking for a lunch place, the Irish Tea Room fits the bill. Fresh excellent food reasonably priced. I love their salmon cake (full of salmon) with 2 vegetable sides and a pot of tea. I look at the scones and deserts but unfortunately have to resist. Service is lovely and one can admire all of the Irish... More

I stop by the Irish Tea at least once every summer and the scones with Devon clotted cream are delicious. The portions are generous and freshly made. You will not be disappointed at this little gem in the heart of Niagara on the Lake.

The Irish Tea Room is next door to the Royal George Theatre. It's location is inside The Irish Shop - so it is not visable from the street. They serve soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. The food is good and the service is fast.

I stopped at the Irish Tea Room between two plays and found it to be a great place for a quick meal with lovely food. I had the quiche of the day, cheese and broccoli, leaving enough room to splurge on a dessert of strawberries, scone and cream. The food was really tasty, the dessert decadent and the service excellent... More

I have eaten here many times and was glad to return. The food is fresh and very Irish. Recommend the Salmon fish cake and the Boxty. In good weather there is an outdoor patio, but if inclement, the restaurant has limited seating. It is a the back of hte Irish Shop.

Looking for a light lunch stopped here and had the potato and leek soup with wheaten bread. Topped it off with a good cup of coffee and carrot cake. Very good.

My first time there and it was just great! Friendly staff and delicious food. I loved that most of the options were gluten free. Some of my family members have sensitivities, so it was perfect for them. I had the boxty with the salad of the day and beat salad. Oh my goodness was it delicious. I will definitely be... More

My husband and in-laws wanted a light bite of lunch or snack before seeing the matinee at the Royal George Theatre and noticed the tea room inside the store. In addition to some delicious looking baked goods they also offered quiche & salad, but we opted for scones, whipped cream & strawberries and iced coffees. There are about 6 tables... More

We had just arrived in Niagara on the lake and we wanted a cup of tea. We found this place after checking into our bed & breakfast. We both had tea off course and strawberries + scones. Both were amazing. The hardest part was trying to just pick one thing. Gift shop is very nice as well a lot of... More
