We went Friday Night and got a seat right away and enjoyed a variety of items as a group of 5 in a fun circle booth that also had chairs. This ensured comfort and space for everyone. The mushroom caps are great, as was the steak stir fry with noodles and taco salad. The soup was home made and great... More

This place has been around forever and you can't miss it. They recently replaced the sign with a retro looking neon sign. They should have hired some more qualified cooks. This place is packed for the discount breakfast as well as after the bars close. It gets pretty rowdy after the bars.

I was expecting more based on reviews and popularity on the TripAdvisor site. Food: our party of three ordered fish and chips, onion rings, a French onion soup and a pogo stick for a 1pm lunch. Everything was passable - the fries were likely sitting in a heater rather than freshly fried and the fish was just cooked to the... More

We decided to go to the Flying Saucer last Friday for supper, haven't been in about 38 years ! We split an order of French onion soup, and Supreme Steak Sub and Supreme french fries ! Food was just as good as I remembered it, when I went as a teenager.....We did have to wait about 5 mins. for a... More

We stopped Thanksgiving Day at around noon. There were only about 4 tables occupied. For some reason we were led to the back away from everyone else to a mirrored room without windows. Kind of run down. Waitress was friendly. I had open face turkey. It was ok. Friend had fish. It was good. Service not fast considering the few... More

Went for lunch with my husband and two teenagers. Haven't been here in several years but it was just like I remembered. We had broasted chicken and fries, a julienne salad, French onion soup, poutine, and a scrambled egg breakfast. It's not gourmet but it's good and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and efficient but it took a while to... More

Don't be put off by the queue out the door - it goes down quick, and it's totally worth the wait. The portions are huge and cheap, and really tasty. I can particularly recommend the ET Special which is excellent value - just be sure you have an appetite! We didn't eat for the rest of the day. Great service... More

We were looking for breakfast close to our hotel and they had a sign out front about a breakfast deal so we stopped in. The staff members were all very pleasant. The food came out quickly, was priced excellently, and it was good. There was nothing great about the food but it was nothing different than anywhere else. We would... More
