Good food, decent price

Went for lunch with my son. Place was packed at 12:30PM but we got seated and had a great waitress serve us. My son ordered a huge breakfast platter (comes on 2 plates!) with all the breakfast usuals. Large portion at a really reasonable price. I had the steak sandwich which was ok (It did hit the... read more

My family and I absolutely love this place. The food is never disappointing. They have good portion sizes and prices. It's a great family restaurant.

... and I gotta say, out of all the fish I've eaten in Canada, the States AND the UK, the fish from The Saucer is in my top 5... It's not greasy at all, very well drained, nice & crispy, good size portions and doesn't taste frozen.. I'm usually nervous about ordering fish at a place in a tourist area... More

its always fun to visit the local, with all the pub food and late night greasy food. The food they make is quite good, but they might not be at the top of the list for fine dining

Had a late night breakfast just like home when you cant sleep and your hungry. Good food portions are good. eggs done right good coffee. i love the fact the it is old just like restaurants in the USA. I wish Canada would keep more of the old Diners.

Frequent the Saucer frequently when in Niagara. Breakfast special can't be beat. Not Michelin star rated dining though. It's a greasy spoon.

Went to the Flying Saucer for supper as a couple. We are regulars there and have gone to this establishment many times for breakfast and supper as well as take out. We have been noticing that since the owner has passed and his wife is now running the show the restaurant's quality is failing. Yet we keep trying to give... More
