Our waitress was fantastic. She was from Scotland. She listened, she didn't rush you and she chatted with each table that she was assigned. I didn't know that in Canada, you can't order Medium rare burger...its cooked all the way through. That being said, my...burger was delicious. It was smaller than other Hard Rocks, but it was nice in there. I would go againMore

The place looks the same as opening day, with mediocre service and super premium pricing. Chuck's Roadhouse offers basically the same burger and fries for about a third of the $25 to $30 burger at Hard Rock. Unless you want the $35 Nacho app with...extra $$ to add protein! Covid gouging at its best!More

On December 30, we went to hard rock cafe for dinner from NY. There was live music in the restaurant which was amazing. Our server Taylor was so kind and happy. Her smile and happiness were so refreshing to see. We explained that we had...some allergies and she made us feel like that was not an inconvenience at all. She was accommodating as she helped us pick some food choices that were all great and allergy free for us. My daughter absolutely loved her as she kept making her laugh. Will definitely return and hope we have Taylor again as my daughter can't stop talking about hard rock now and her new friend!!More

This restaurant was delicious, but it wasn't the best experience for a toddler. It was loud and dark and there wasn't a lot of food options that she would enjoy. The food was very expensive to even spend for a toddler, but they did present...it in a fun way.More

While I enjoyed my meal of the Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese, the chicken was blackened and not to my liking at all. The Mac n cheese was however, awesome! While I know food costs more in a tourist town, I could never see myself...paying $25 for a basic hamburger.More

Loved the burger and onion rings, though was surprised to get charged for onion rings at the end when I got it instead of any other side. Service was slow and only occasional but apparently not the server's fault - she just seemed to be...working an awful lot of tables at once. If it were not for the extremely high price, would have given the place 5/5 stars. Found the music videos that show in all directions a bit distracting too but given that it's the Hard Rock Cafe, completely understandable. Even with the price, would definitely come here again but after an 18% tip and with no alcohol ordered for just two people, spent almost $95.More

We had a great dinner with even better service. The resto was clean and looked tidy. Salt and peppers facing the same way and full. Very pleasant conversation and prompt service. Thanks Eliza!

The service was reasonable, the food and drinks were way too expensive. We ordered ribs. The flesh did not separate from the bones, the meat was semi cooked and chewy.

Table for three. Burger and fries were good but over priced. Unfortunately we also had quite possibly the worst nachos we've ever eaten which were also over priced. We also would not recommend the long island iced tea. Not sure what recipe they used but...would suggest they improve it. Wait staff were all excellent.More

After visiting the gift shop we had lunch. Great Loaded Original Burger with fries. The food was hot and cooked perfectly. Our male server was very polite and service was quick. Highly recommended. Good atmosphere inside. The SOL beer was cold.

Typical ambiance for a Hard Rock Cafe. We’ve eaten at many and found this place is to be at the top of our list. Vey clean, the server was great, and so was the food! I ordered the potato skins appetizer and asked for the...bacon,cheese, and sour cream on the side. It came just as I had ordered. The skins were wonderful! My husband ordered the big cheeseburger and said his was excellent too!More

Absolutely do not eat here! Food is cold and service is horrible. I ordered the poutine, Fries and gravy were cold it couldn’t even melt the cheese. Sent it back, She came back no more than 2 mins later saying they made a new one....Not to sure about that! It was just as cold as the first one. She ignored me after that and didn’t even come back to ask if my poutine was ok. We all know it’s not cheap. I questioned her when she came to give us our bills. All she could say, it was a fresh one made and I’m sorry about that. Why would she care to give good service when the over charged 18% gratuity already has been added to your bill before you even sit down. She was not worth it! As well the bacon added for an extra $4.99 was tiny bacon bits. Keep in mind we had a table of 10, They made decent money that night on that table. There are other places to dine - the niagara distillery is just outside the building as well as the Rainforest cafe. Good choices made with those two. Better service and amazing food and for an extra 4.99 I got to take home a Rain forest beer glass.😁More
