We stopped in to get out of the rain and get a drink. Ordered a ceaser and 6 ounce glass of house wine. Ceaser was small and very bland. Wine was ok. when the bill arrived we looked at each other and laughed. Not only...was it the worst ceaser I've ever had but also the most expensive. total bill was over $31.More

We stopped in to have a drink and then wanted a coffee and dessert. There was nine! What type of restaurant offers food ,drinks and no coffee? Clean ok, service great, selection low! Great music !,

Very disappointed- for 100 dinner for 1 adult and 2 kids o expected much more .... 20 for glass of cab Sauvignon ? 22 for a burger with bacon and cheese and cold hard fries? 22 for a salad with iceberg lettuce, chicken and some...corn and tomatoes? And a measly kids meal also with cold fries? They go to trouble to test temperature and female server who was less than enthusiastic coughed onto her mask half the time she interacted with us... red flag should have been that the place was dead! Next time.. will head fo Lundy’s lane for many better options.More

My family of 6 ate here on 8/21 around 2pm. There was already a 45 minute wait. As they text cell phones when ready, we explored the souvenir shop next door and the merchant stalls that lined the street, so the wait didn’t seem too...bad. Inside we were met with many Rock Star’s memorabilia. I was able to order a gluten free burger with fries (note the fries are GF but in a shared fryer with other non-GF food. However, I didn’t have any ill affects from eating it.) Everyone enjoyed their food, and the bill came to $140. We ordered 2 kids meals, 4 adult meals, one app, and 4 non-alcoholic drinks. Due to covid restrictions, you could only view the Hard Rock Cafe Shop after you were in the restaurant.More

My wife and myself came here as we had a coupon for the hotel for 10 dollars off our meal. We weren’t hungry and thought we would get an appetizer and choose the Nachos and some drinks. This was my first time at the Hard...Rock Cafe and my wife visited a few times. Our experience was interesting... This location has two dining options. One is the patio and the second was upstairs in the dining room. We decided to try the patio as they had a guy playing guitar and singing. The person playing guitar sang well. The told us it would be a 20 minute wait for the patio and they took our name and phone number and we advised one of the service that we would be back as the washroom is upstairs in the hotel area. We came back and the manager decides to seat someone who just arrived... the server tells the manager that we arrived first and decided to have us wait again. The server felt bad for us and we were shocked as well. We were about to leave when another couple who seen the incident decided to leave as they had finished there meal and were simply enjoying the music and there drinks. We appreciated them for that. We didn’t get an apology from the manager. Our table was right at the front of the guitar person and the music wasn’t loud and it was a good. We ordered the Nachos with pulled pork and it was good as well. We decided to order some beverages along with the Nachos. After we where done we wanted to apply our 10 dollar off coupon and the server advised us that we had to spend 40 dollars worth of food not including beverages to get 10 dollars off... I looked at coupon and it said in fine print food but didn’t say excluding beverages. Any how the bill before we left was 80 dollars including tip... I was like that was the most expensive Nachos appetizer sit down that I ever had lol!!! For my personal first experience I probably won’t be going back here again. It wasn’t a wow experience with food that justifies the price. Cheers!More

It was different going to Hard Rock cafe because of covid we could not sit in the dinning room. We had to sit on the deck. It was ok but very different. We had no issues in how the seating was. We were a family...of 5 so we sat far away from everyone with our own little deck. The food was awesome our waitress was new so we had a bit of a wait to place our order but it was the end of the day with us in no hurry. She was very nice.More
