The food was good. Our waiter was haughty, with a condescending tone. When he noticed we did not leave a tip, he actually told us never to come back again.

If you treat your waiter like a butler, and newer say thank you to all your extra demands and generally are rude, do not expect to be told not to come back. More

We came after our friends recommended this place, and it turned out of the best dinners we ever had. Great European cuisine and wonderful service. Beginning with a delicious soup, via excellent Vienna schnitzel, to simply amazing crepes. We came again the next day for the plum dumplings and ended up ordering some of those crepes again. And the service... More

We don't eat meat, but there is enough to choose from. We had spinach and feta crepes. Pretty tasty. We were there right at 5pm, so not crowded at all. I believe if you are into the old world cuisine, you'd love this place. Nicely priced entrees. Very small liquor selection, but ample wines to complement your meal. Unfortunately for... More

Our trips always include eating where the locals do, and we chose this restaurant from the reviews. We stayed across from the falls, and were at this restaurant within 10 minutes. It has a small town feel with a river view. The goose may still be sitting on the eggs next to the bank! We were greeted by the owner... More

A really unique experience. We made a reservation which was not really a reservation. When we arrived we were told to sit anywhere we liked but they might sit more people with us if it got busy. They had some musical entertainment and it took a bit to get a menu and some water. There was one waiter who seemed... More

You MUST go here when in Niagara Falls! Nice view of the river. We are from the NYC area and have been to our fair share of ethnic restaurants, and this is one of the best hands down. Hungarian, Slavic German food at its best. The spaetzle is perfect, and I grew up eating spaetzle on Sundays like Italians have... More

The food is great! We had Beef Goulash Stew and Pork Schnitzel with Spaetzle and Chicken Paprika with Spaetzle. Beef Goulash is very good and tender, Schnitzel is large and very tender, and the Spaetzle is freshly made. Many choices of crepes for dessert...they are all good! Don't eat at those chain restaurants when in Niagara, try this place You... More

Savoury and Sweet...the name says it all. Our family of four couldn't have had a better meal or better service. The Frankfurter soup was amazing. The goulash, the schnitzel, the herdsman stew and the cauliflower and cheese crepes were delicious. The taste of homemade was evident in every bite. The dessert crepes were a wonderful end to our meal. We... More

Where should I start - OK, so the location - 10 min driving from the 'fallsview' area. The place has a '2 hours' free parking outside. Huge windows give you a beautiful view on the river and plenty of sunlight inside. The background music is great and not loud. Everything is super clean inside and look very nice (see the... More
