My family, having true blue Asian taste buds, were looking around Niagara downtown for Chinese food, which after 3 days of sandwiches and pizza, is badly needed to keep everyone sane. This restaurant is easy to find close to the busy Clifton street. Place was clean and service was prompt. The servings were generous but the taste wasn't extraordinary. I eat Chinese food quite frequently and all countries got their own versions and adaptation. Some are good and some are so-so. This resto fell on the latter.

Amazingly amazing good quality food and great service.
Must go this place in Niagara Falls. Reasonable price! We ordered Fried food but it is not oily.
Their food is savoury not too sweet not too salty not too oily. But still you can tell this is really good Chinese food.
Servers are very nice, kind and professional.
We are very willing to visit again every time when we come back to Niagara Falls. This place is good to come with kids as well. Kids friendly servers love them.

Had dinner at the Golden tonight. We ordered a combo each with hot and sour soup. The meal was hot and freshly made, tasty. We really enjoyed the soup, very tasty and spicy way it should be. Good sized portions. I will be back next time i am in town

We went for dinner at the Golden Dragon Palace while on our vacation to Niagara Falls. I had wonton soup, fried shrimp and shrimp in lobster sauce. My wife had hot and sour soup, spring roll and twice-cooked pork. The soups were both thin and bland. The spring roll was okay, but the fried "jumbo" shrimp were small. My wife's twice-cooked pork was initially forgotten, and when it arrived it was not the least bit spicy (as twice-cooked pork always is). My shrimp in lobster sauce was in some kind of bean sauce instead. I asked the manager if this was, indeed, shrimp in lobster sauce. He didn't seem to know and went to ask the cook. He came back and said it was lobster sauce. Classical Cantonese lobster sauce consists mostly of broth, egg and ground pork. This was not lobster sauce. Add in that the service was subpar and the prices high, and this restaurant did not live up to expectations based upon diner ratings.

We have ordered food from here on 2 or 3 occasions and were always happy with the food. On Thursday May 6th I went to pick up my order and there was a small party on the upper level but not overwhelming. This time however with my take out order I had a hard time finding the chicken in the chicken fried rice, the sea food special was 80 % broccoli, my wife only ate 2 chicken balls over 2 meals . The egg rolls were a lot of cabbage or something. Needless to say we were disappointed. 47 dollars worth.

I would have given this place four stars but the service is so painfully slow that I could not justify. The food is excellent and comparable to some of the good Chinese restaurants you will find in Richmond Hill. I don’t expect to eat quickly. If you come for lunch, expect to spend 2+ hours for a basic dim sum lunch.

We've tried most of the Chinese food restaurants in town and this one, by far, is the best. The food is fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and roomy; a very pleasant atmosphere. The take-out/delivery service is great. This restaurant is a bit challenging to find; tucked into a mini-mall next to Wendy's and truly deserves to be rated the number one in Niagara Falls!

Heard lots of good things but my girlfriend and I didn't enjoy the food at all. Service and prices were amazing. All the vegetables were to large for bites, undercooked way too much and extremely crunchy, and not a lot of meat in the dishes. The rice was mush and the egg rolls had a weird citrus or fruit taste to it. Salvaged what I could of it and reheated to add to what I ordered from my regular place the next day. I guess everyone has different tastes. This place just wasn't for us.

I discovered this restaurant based on a recommendation of a foodie friend. He was right! This place has great food. Prices are affordable and the service is always good. Great selection of choices. Dim sum options. Had takeout today due to covid but I look forward to eating in the dining room hopefully in the near future.

We visited the this restaurant for the first time February 1st, 2020. The restaurant was immaculate, the service was fantastic and the food was extremely good. The helpings were large with enough to bring home leftovers. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Yesterday was our first time at this restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient; food was very good. However, we could only give four stars because of their unclean washroom. To us an establishment’s washroom facilities are a reflection on it. So theirs was a disappointment.

Went to the Golden Dragon Palace for lunch recently. First time visit. This is a family run business and the Covid protocols were in place. The food portions were good and the prices were fair. The food tasted good and I would come back if in the area.
Cannot comment of the state of the bathroom like another recent reviewer and thus only 4 stars.
