Breakfast is good and view is great but it gets expensive with the taxes and tip. It ended up $70 with tax and tip for 2 people . It's a bit expensive for a breakfast buffet.

The food was average. I think you are paying for the view (above the falls) rather than the food. The washrooms outside the restaurant were disgusting and needed a good cleaning.

We had a pretty decent and nice dinner. Our waitress was polite but busy as she was only able to fill our water once. As we were finishing a vip group came in as they were being seated near us. They wanted the table next...to us so our waitress was told to clean off that table soon as that part left and instead of giving us water she was directed to assist them. We were paying our bill with our card in the machine and she was directed to walk away from us to give them water. She politely explained she was assisting us with paying but it was clear the tone towards her was disrespectful. Made me feel like I was a third class citizen and shouldn’t be eating there as he never smiled the eye contact he made with us. We debated tipping less but it wasn’t her fault or the other staff that he made us feel so lowly. I will be writing a letter or the hotel and restaurant hoping they understand we won’t be back and will be telling others that they failed as people will remember and talk the most about how you treated them when they walked in and walked out of your place.More

We ate a meal here and the food was some of the worst we’ve ever had. Some of the food was cold and most of the staff did not pay us any mind not even to ask if we wanted anything to drink or refill...our water glass. We never seen the waitress after she greeted us initially and gave us our water. When we tried to ask any other member of staff for help they basically ignored us. The only time the waitress paid us any mind was when we were leaving to get the manager. The manager did comp our meal however I would not ever eat there again even if it was free. We will not return to the Fallsview Restaurant.More

Awesome view of the falls, that's the only advantage of this restaurant. Food is very average, nothing special about it. The worst is the customer services: Waitress arguing to add more tip at the time of payment. She directly asked me not to tip less...than 15% of the payment. When we were surprised, she went into an endless argument with my sister about how waiters have to share their tips with the kitchen employees and that we should not tip less than 15% regardless. My sister argued about the fact that tipping is not mandatory in Canada and it's mainly a courtesy from people to the staff, so we shouldn't be asked to do it as a must with a no less than 15% tipping lecture. Eventually we had to call the supervisor who agreed on the witress statement but apologized for the manner she asked wirh. I ended up tipping 15% but we were left with a big shocked, surprised and controversial feelings about their customer services skills in this restaurant. We wouldn't go back again to it.More

My family stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel for vacation. We were certain that the restaurants in the area would have better pricing. Unfortunately we were wrong, their service, food, and pricing were not good. We decided on our last evening we would just eat...at the Fallsview Restaurant in the hotel, the food and service were great and we regretted it took us so long to make the decision to eat there first. We would like to especially thank our server, Ben, for being attentive and bringing drinks before we could ask. Ben was very pleasant to our family and thoughtful with his service.More

I'll start with what little good experience we did have: the young waiter who was personable and accomodating, the fruit and dessert section (but it's fruit and bought in dessert so hardly a big win) and the cooked to order pasta (if you can put...up with the grumpy chef who was manning that station AND carving the roast beef so his attitude was sort of understandable) and, of course, the view. But if you want to be met by a surly greeter, be served food that is tough (the sliders could have doubled as hockey pucks), dry and tasteless and in some cases stone cold (pizza) and be charged for the 'privilege' then the Fallsview restaurant is for you.More

The view by the widows was outstanding but the food was just average. The fruit and dessert station was by far the best part of the buffet.

Food was very good. The view was great for our first night at the falls. The food was a little pricey for a buffet, which is why I don’t give it five stars. If you don’t mind spending a little extra and have a big...appetite, this is the place!More

Great location for a meal with a great view of the falls. Really friendly staff and a nice hotel. Food is a very very average buffet though.

The buffet had many great choices. The food was always being filled and was hot. The servers were close by to fill your coffee when needed.

The buffet is not worth going….not much to eat. Pasta, potatoes, rice, pizza. Roast beef are hard to bite. finish in 1hr as stuffed w carbohydrate. just the view is nice if u are sitting next to the window. Go spend $ on a nicer...dinner.More
