The service was great, extra communication about your order. Staff was chipper and extra polite. Beverages were great, as you would expect from a Starbucks

Waited almost half an hour for two coffees. Only one employee working. Saw lots of people walk in and walk out. Two medium coffees were $10. Rip off.
Oh it was horrid. Upon entering, I approached where the manager Anthony was making drinks, I said excuse me multiple times, and he failed to even acknowledge me, all I wanted was an empty cup. So I went around to cash and bought two of...those plastic ones. And then my friend had gone to freshii to buy herself a smoothie, and anthony said to the worker there, you have to refuse service if they aren't wearing a mask. However, he didn't directly say it to us. The proper way of dealing with that would to ask us if we have a mask, and if not, would we like one. INSTANT turn off. Especially since I just spent $20 at starbucks. When we heard him say that, we did put on our masks because I didn't even realize we weren't wearing them, we were just in another store in that little hub, so we were wearing them. I asked the lady for his name, and she said she didn't know it, she only knew he was the manager, so I asked him for his name, myself. My only issue is that nobody else was wearing a mask. The white couple and their kid behind me wasn't. The drinks he was giving out to people were not wearing masks. Only one older taller gentleman was. So why would he refuse service to us? I'm not saying it's a race issue, I'm saying the only anomaly is that we were black. I stopped buying starbucks back in May, because of their social controversy, and this experience just reminded me why I did.More
I went to this Starbucks in the hotel lobby on a Sunday morning. There was no lineup and the staff was very friendly. The coffee I ordered was hot and fresh.
A very nice establishment with a good choice of snacks and coffees with friendly and helpful staff. There is a shop behind Starbucks for holiday souvenirs.
I love Starbucks coffee and have written a review or two of other locations. On a Saturday October morning this one was busy. My daughter and I just wanted toasted bagels for a "cheap" (ahem, everything in Canada is over-priced and taxed outrageously)--this Starbucks did...not have bagels (locations near our home do). Barista said I could go up the street a bit to TIm Horton's for a bagel. :( The staff was so busy they didn't notice that BOTH cream/milk stations had empty carafes and they were so busy it took five minutes for me to get the attention of a barista and then had to wait for one to hand me a carafe of cream which I walked over and left at the milk station. On a positive note - all staff were very busy waiting/working so extra patience is definitely needed at this SB.More
After a 8 hr drive from NYC bought a coffee out of sheer desperation. Cost the equivalent of £8.00!!
I do not like your coffee - it is way to strong and dark. I do not want it at all. Don't know what else to say. na na na
Both my teens work for Starbucks--a good company for young people. Seems none of the Starbucks in the area are licensed stores. With that said and in my opinion, prices are typical--a bit over priced coffee and products with lines. This Starbucks was no different...but store was clean and product organized.More
We bought 2 banana bread ($4.35 each) and we were told to go wait by the side. We waited and waited and after 10 mins I went back to counter and said, "Are you baking the banana bread"? I was then informed "we are out...of banana bread." If that is the case, refund me the money. It took awhile to get the staff to get the money back to us. It is a family joint and they could use some training.More
Very good staff and service received. Excellent coffee. Felt really happy to be in Niagara. One of the reasons i will return for another visit.
This place is very busy and is located in the "centre of it all". The service was average. If you stay at eh Sheraton and decline room service, you get a five dollar voucher for this location.
They will charge you $1 for non-fat milk and then say “it’s obvious” when you ask why they didn’t tell you. Do not go here it’s straight robbery.
their plain black coffee is just not good, we ended up throwing it away. I imagine if you get it with additives it might be palatable
Nice to stop and relax after our walk around the falls. BUT Great disappointment. Unable to use the stars for our favourite drinks. Not good.
