Went there for supper. Food was good. Service wasn't. Not asked how our food was. Not asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. It seemed we were rushed out of there.

The service was ridiculously slow. We told are server we were in a hurry, to no avail. My daughter ordered the steak kids meal and it was ridiculously small. Even the adult steak meal was ridiculously small! No one in our family was satisfied. Will not return.

Went here for dinner with my family! We are from out of town. Got there at 6:45 pm and an hour later still didn't have our meal. Heard the kitchen say it wasn't their fault. Then they tried to tell me that I was only getting 20% off my meal. Wasn't even a manager on duty only an acting one.... More

Recently drove from Woodstock to London for the Caseys calamari. Upon arrival asked for an iced tea and told they were out. Strike one. Craving the calamari, we ordered it and told they were out. Strike two. Ordered a platter with 1/4 brisket, 5 homemade chicken fingers, fries, and seasonal vegetables. Came with 4 fingers, which were all smaller than... More

We dropped in for lunch on the way to the airport. We were seated right away. Service was good. They made a mistake on my order and fixed it immediately. The food was tasty. Our sons beef brisket was cooked well. It came with no sauce, he requested some and they told him what types they had and they brought... More

I went to Casey's last night with my husband to celebrate my new job. I really enjoy the food at Casey's. But, I find the atmosphere lacking. The restaurant has both a bar side and a dinning room side (which was empty). We were sat on the bar side with all the loud drinkers. Not how I wanted to celebrate... More

I love this restaurant! The staff is awesome, food is always great! The only down side is that every time I order a burger there, doesn't matter which one, the patty is ALWAYS over cooked, burnt surface and dryyyyy. It doesn't matter how much condiments you put on it, its still a dry desert in your mouth. Make me think... More

Well today we decided to give Casey's another try, just to see if it could be better then my last visit and I have to say this visit was a HUGE disappointment. My husband and I always liked to frequent Casey's for their stacked sandwich. I have a strong feeling that the people in the kitchen no longer care. My... More

We wanted to go out for a family meal and ended up breaking the bank with expensive food which arrived cold, drinks which arrived with hair in it and a waitress who really had no hospitality manners at all! My drink arrived with a hair in it. After 5 minutes we finally saw our waitress again. Showed her the hair... More
