We ate here with some friends. Overall the experience was much more like that you would expect in a high end restaurant than anywhere else I have been in London. The service and ambiance was on point. The menu was not cluttered with a million dishes, but was carefully selected and each dish cooked and presented like you would expect... More

Stopped in here for lunch with a friend and the service was great. Pleasant and attentive. We shared the crab cakes and they were very good. We both had the Flat Iron Steak Sandwich and we were very pleased with the flavor. Nice setting for lunch with a friend. Have been here for dinner before and was always pleased. Will... More

The building is a renovated church and it is light and bright. The food is absolutely delicious. We were served fresh bread that looked like white bread, but the hint of flavour in it came from apple and fennel. Hubby had a salad, with large pieces of freshly prepared bacon in it and a light dressing. I had the crab... More

Visited "The Springs" on a busy Saturday evening, very nice looking purpose built restaurant with plenty of on-site parking. Service was excellent, although started off a little slow, probably more because there were so many of us - and our indecision of what pre-dinner drinks we wanted! Food was beautifully presented and to me was very generous portions - I... More

Have dined at Springs several times in the past and thought it was great, HOWEVER, joined a friend for lunch there recently, upon my recommendation, and was very disappointed. Had the Halibut and chips and it was awful, must have been reheated from days before. I ate it but it was not the least bit enjoyable. Expressed my feelings to... More

Finally had the chance to visit this location with friends, and i was totally blotvery extensive wine list which was great and not too huge a menu to choose from. Our waiter was great, left us with choices and time to relax and check out eh menu as well as making choices for wine. The appetizer was exceptional...crusted fresh tuna! oh... More

We came here for my birthday dinner with my husband, my son (19) and myself. All of us thought it was one of the best meals we've had in a long time. We started with two appetizers -- the crab cakes and some short ribs. Both were so delicious we were fighting over the last one. I had the scallop... More

Only my second time here but it did not disappoint. Four of us and we had steak and scallops between us. Steak was great, so were the sides. One person had the scallops and they were just a tad over done. A minute too long. Good wine list which was upscale and the prices showed it. Price is in line... More

The atmosphere is welcoming and the service was very attentive but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed a very leisurely lunch. The food was well prepared and tasty. I highly recommend the crime brûlée for dessert.

Lovely family night (adults and teenagers ) quaint setting. Perfect attention to detail and customer service. Very rich menu in taste and flavours so pace yourself. 2 of our party found they had upset stomachs later in the night from eating various dishes with flavours they were unaccustomed to. Both swear they would do it again as everything was awesome.... More
