We celebrated my son's birthday on Sunday March 26th. As always the food was amazing. The service was excellent thanks to Roslyn. The only thing was the seating was a little tight for comfort. We definitely will return.

Heard about this place through 'you gotta eat here'. The staff was super friendly & all were dressed up in traditional German dirndl clothing. We asked for a recommendation & our waitress suggested the platter for 2. What a great suggestion. There was plenty to eat & then some! Sauerkraut was delicious. Schnitzel was also great. The sausage tasted homemade.... More

The food here is excellent and a lot of it for a very reasonable price. The only problem is you must wait quite a while to be seated and served. The last two times I went here I had to wait two hours before being seated.

Had high hopes. Is an "old world" feel to it inside, very attentive servers in German costume. Beer was great. Cabbage rolls were so so bland, soup average, schnitzel was good but not great. Also had a Bavarian sausage which was wonderful. Waitress was great. Overall a good meal, cheap. Is a great deal.

It was my birthday on Saturday so my wife took me out to the Black Forrest for dinner. The restaurant has changed ownership since our last visit so we were curious if much had changed. I am happy to say that the quality & portions have remained the same there have been some minute additions to the menu but overall... More

WOW it is still as good as always. Thought maybe with new owners the food may have deteriorated but I was wrong. Will definitely keep coming back.

After , much anticipation, five of us went to The Black Forest, 3 of us having not been in at least 20 years. It wasn't packed when we went which was good but still a 20 minute wait which was okay. Our friends ordered a platter which was huge and looked delicious! The schnitzel was huge looking until my sister... More
