Narulla's used to offer a terrific lunch buffet. Food was always fresh, tasty and affordable. Unfortunately the restaurant has closed, the owners choosing to rebrand it as a banquet hall.

I've still never eaten the food. They had a New Year's Eve Party, with promises of food and entertainment. It was a waste of our evening, with bad attitudes from staff (like we were inconveniencing them), one DJ, no food, and barely any people (all having been ripped off too). On a second visit, my wife tried to get take-out... More

I purchased a Groupon for a weekend buffet for 2 at Narula's. I've tried several times to redeem this but was given the runaround. I was finally told that they only accommodate parties of 10 or more on weekends. Why would they sell a deal for a weekend dinner for two if they do not accept less than 10. We... More

Their menu looks phenomenal and wished I could have tried it out. Came in for lunch but a sign out front informed us they are open for reservation only for parties 10 or more. Door was locked and no one responded to the bell. Website also did not state this. Sign out front advertises their open hours, but I guess... More

The food here is fantastic. The flavours are absolutely astonishing. You can tell they take their time and let the sauces/gravies simmer together properly. And like true good Indian food it's probably not as healthy as we think. You can taste the richness in it, which I love. I had an Indian roommate in University and haven't eaten anything so... More

We went for lunch, ordered a few items off the menu - butter chicken, samosa's, biryani rice and garlic naan bread. The meal was amazingly fresh and huge portions for the cost. We ordered all dishes with medium heat level, all were rather light on the heat level, but had very nice flavour. Our server/waitress was extremely attentive and knowledgeable.... More

Since Narula's opened we don't even think of going anywhere else for Indian food. My advice: order from the menu. The buffet is good but, like all buffet fare, not up to the standards of something cooked fresh, and to your desired level of heat. We have been back three times and have not been disappointed-- superb meal, gracious hosts,... More

I have been a big fan of Narula's food since they opened in Mississauga. I was happy to see how Chef Sunny progressed and gradually opened a big and good place in Hamilton. Nice, good and freshly prepared food...my compliments to the management of Narula!!! Keep up the good job.

Best food in Hamilton but lacks the ambience and aesthetics of an Indian restaurant. Also needs to beef up their drinks menu with new drinks. Highly recommended.
