It is not a usual vegetarian joint as pub style places are not usually V-friendly. But they have a outdoor patio with a huge screen and lots more indoors to cater to the sports fans. So that's what brought us here during the Euro cup this past July. We had some potato fries and those huge sweet potato fries, which... More

Came here after having a bad experience at another close by pub. Was greeted with a smile, beer was cold and food was good. Can't ask for much more!

Tiny menu with very high prices considering what they offer. I ordered the fish and chips, the fries were reheated and disgusting and my fish and peas were both ice cold. My son ordered a kids meal which was not only nasty, but didn't even include a side, drink or dessert. On top of the really really bad food, we... More

A bit disappointing. Menu is very limited, not a lot of choice and a bit pricey for what you get. Food was good but slow. Some is authentic british pub food. Shakespeare Arms is better if that is what you are looking for.

1st time choose based on reviews and was not disappointed. Just me and my husband who had the chef curry special and I had the chicken curry pie. Choice of beer on draft was great and atmosphere even better not fancy but comfortable booths great service. Only one suggestion is the washrooms which need major attention. Definitely will return.

My husband and I went for a Thursday dinner. They were not busy at all so we were seated right away. The waitress brought us menus and took our drink order right away. When she brought us our drinks, she quickly rhymed off the specials: all of them were appetizer's. We asked about the dinner special. There wasn't one. We... More

I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the menu at this pub. They offer some very authentic British Pub fare. We had Bangers and Mash, Chicken Vindaloo wrap and an Artisan Farms Burger. All were delicious and filling, accompanied by beer and cider made for an enjoyable evening.

Absolutely wonderful pub. The owners are terrific, the food is generaly very good. The atmosphere is wonderful, very cordial. Service in the dining room varies between exceptional and somewhat lacklustre.

You go here to have a drink and a good time since they have a bar and are open late but food is okay, acceptable, nothing great.
