This used to be a favourite of ours. Went for years on a weekly basis. The menu and service have changed drastically, We could always count on many great features but no longer. Menus are dirty with grease stains, the patio has the most rickety uncomfortable furniture but the most disappointing is the service. Service can be almost non-existent at... More

I've driven past the Fat Duck hundreds of times over the years, I finally pulled in for dinner. My wife had soup and salad, I had burger & Fries. The food was fresh and tasty. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The bill was reasonable. I will definitely return to the Fat Duck.

This is an awesome pub and a great place to watch soccer games. They have a good selection of beers and the food is pretty good. They use to have more Indo-British style food such as lamb burger with mango chatni but now they are more typical bar food but the quality is still high

Surprising food, ho-hum ambiance. Lots of local ingredients and microbrew. Recommend the chef specials. Last visit, started with the black bean dip and crudités followed by salmon with quinoa and fiddle heads on remoulade. Try it!

As a vegetarian, this place doesn't have many options for me but when I go I enjoy the thin cut fries with dipping sauces. Everyone is friendly and there always seem to be locals watching soccer at the bar.

Diverse menu without being too huge. Beef burger might be the best in town. Some classic pub fare, some indian specialites, and some foodie entrees, so everyone can be happy. Casual neighbourhood atmosphere, and nice selection of microbrews.

I've visited this restaurant a few times since the menu has changed and taken the stilton and mushroom dish off the menu. It was such a delicious item that was enjoyed by so many - It behooves me how they could rationalize taking it off the menu. We were seated in a really dark part of the restaurant (by the... More

Just yummy. Very rich, well executed food. One issue I had with the cob salad. They insisted on serving this with a *chilled* soft boiled egg. When I asked for a hard boiled egg, or at least a warm soft boiled egg in the salad, the chef refused. Kinda strange...

You used to be one of the best restaurants in Guelph. Your food was outstanding and service was great. And you welcomed children. I took my daughters and granddaughters there this week, and the food was terrible. My steak and mushroom pie was dry, my daughter's fish was tasteless! The service was unbearably slow, they seemed to be catering to... More

I had some buddies tell me they had the best wings in town ... they were right! Nice big wings with a good choice of sauces. We also ordered the homemade chips; you get a big 'cone' basket with a dipping sauce. The rest of the menu looked really good and I will go back (want to try the duck).
