Absolutely no fault with the standard of goods baked and sold on the premises. All are excellent. Only problem as a regular shopper is the lack of a detailed receipt. It is good customer service to provide a receipt. You should not have to ask...for a receipt. It should be an automatic procedure. Without a receipt how can one justify if there is a problem. Why not provide a receipt.More

I wanted some Scottish pastries and so made detour on way to London. Extraordinary little bakery. Cutest lady's accent. We had Chicken Pot Pie, very good, whole white meat generous with peas and potatoes. And a Steak Pie, very good to excellent I would say,...flaky crust, tasty and MEAT that was visable and tender. Also, had a Cornish Pastie I think its called, good crust, flaky, and generous inside, peas, carrots potatoes and lots of chopped meat. A BAKEWELL tart, what a surprise. Also, Prince Albert Tart.... and I think Apple Square and Currant Square ( was a bit sweet, but eaten in small pieces with say a bland cookie beside, made a good tea.) Totally surprised. We made a special trip to Goddard's Pies in Greenwich London, and hands down RISING DOUGH WERE BETTER. Closest thing to good home bakery I would say. The tarts had more of a cookie crust, vs... short pie dough, but very good. AH will be back.More

We pick up bread, rolls, scotch pies and sausage rolls for my dad all the time. Love the scones too. They have a great selection of desserts too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Great food, good service. Fun place to get traditional Scottish goods. Reminds me of being in Edinburgh.

This is a very personal review. This is a really authentic “Scottish” cafe and bakery in Canada. Anyone from Scotland or Canadians with Scottish parents will love this place also. It has everything we Scots grew up with. From “rolls” on bacon and square sausage,...potato scones, to slices of “Carmel cake”, now, sadly called “Millionaire’s Shortbread” and all sorts of delicious cakes, too many to mention and all the “biscuits” and flavours of “crisps” you can imagine. And of course “Irn Bru.” Our “other national drink.” If you are a Scot and find yourself near Cambridge, Ontario take the time to visit this little gem. I don’t think you will disappointed.More

I have been looking for Scottish meat pies and bread. While out and about we came across this bakery. The owner has been there for 31 years. What a great place that has everything.
