If you're deciding what to get from this restaurant, I wouldn't miss the BBQ pork. It's one of the best places in the GTA for BBQ pork.
They offer the standard Chinese food combos such as lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork, chow mein and more. They also seem to have more authentic Chinese dishes for those who want something less "fried and greasy."
Service was great. The owners are very friendly and efficient. They have booths and a large TV screen.

Food was pretty good, there were a couple tables also dining but the bulk of orders were coming in for delivery / pick up.
We asked for a high chair which they had but was covered in dust dirt and dried up dead bugs. Pretty gross for an 11 month old and a food service restaurant.

Came here with my wife and daughter, there were a couple other tables but the delivery orders were rolling in quite a bit. The food was pretty good, my main complaint was the cleanliness, they brought out a high chair that literally had dried and dead bugs on the top for my 11 month year old to eat off.
Very concerning.

We read the reviews here and elsewhere and decided to come mid day, mid week as we love Chinese and SE Asian cuisine in general so much. They really have a huge menu, as per my pics and the older lady was truly helpful with just about anything. Pity they do not have more types of sauces as I really like the Sweet plum sauce due to it's thicker consistency and sweetness and which goes nicely with everything we ordered: dim sum, beef rice, duck (unfortunately having lots of bones).
This is a family type restaurant with a small setting, organising deliveries too, so if you want to experience something as great as we did probably will be best not to come during busy times - when we were there there was only one other woman dining. Ah, and I wish they had Soft shell crab too. Most surely we will return.

Maybe because it was New Years Eve but it was a shame to have to throw $90 worth of food into the trash. When it finally arrived, (ordered @ 4:30 - came around 7), nothing was edible. I would suggest not to deliver slop just to make a buck or do like the decent places do and stop taking orders!!. I wish I had had the foresight to spray the plates with non-stick spray so it would have been easier to scrape them into the trash................

I tried this restaurant when they first opened and I recall they made a mistake on my bill the first time I ordered. At the time, I realized when the delivery driver was at my door that I'd been charged for 2 orders of rice instead of one. The driver called the restaurant, allowed me to keep the extra dish, then adjusted my bill by $10.
Fast forward at least 4 years later and this restaurant has only become worse. My delivery time was accurate and the man who delivered to our house wss very friendly, but that's the end if my praise.
My order total was $108, which for two people, seemed high. We were hungry so I paid without question. Imagine our surprise when there were TWO SERVINGS of nearly everything we ordered. I thought I'd clear it up by checking the receipt. See photo below: My receipt is in....Mandarin? I can't read it
On top of the ridiculous amount of food of which, I'm relatively sure I paid for, there was a black hair steamed into the rice paper coating of my shrimp dumpling. (Photo below)
I'm giving this restaurant a 2 star rating because most of the food was good tasting and hot. I was disappointed with the chive pancakes (deep fried, ugh) I expected the fluffy, savory, lightly pan fried variety that I've had in the past.
I feel that the doubling up on food may have been intentional. My scallop dish ($20) wasn't dupicated, nor were my shrimp dumplings. The person who took my order read it back to me over the phone and the quantities were correct. I feel that they routinely double the cheaper items so customers don't immediately realize it and pay the bill. They refrain with higher priced items in case the customer refuses to pay (as I did, years ago).
This was my "fool me twice" moment. I won't allow Aroma kitchen to screw me again. I'm not being harsh--I gave them more than 3 years to improve.

This is a great little restaurant in Aldershot if you're looking for lunch. We started off with piping hot corn soup, it was a healthy portion too. The main was lemon chicken and fried rice with a spring roll on the side - so much I split it in half and took the rest home for dinner. The lemon chicken was fresh, and I like that it wasn't soggy chicken drenched in sauce, it was crispy with the sauce poured over top, served perfect in my opinion.
The waitress was very friendly and it's clean inside. I will definitely be back to try more dishes.

Really nice Chinese restaurant in Aldershot (Burlington). The food is high quality and of generous portions. The sizzling beef fry plate with green onion and ginger is fabulous, as too is the Cantonese Chow Mein.
There are no weaknesses in their menu, all good to excellent.
Friendly owner run restaurant. Definitely should be on your must try list.
The lunch specials are a terrific value too.

We called for delivery and ordered a family meal and some other stuff. Asked to change the lo mein to a Singapore noodle being it was the same price on the menu. They wanted $5 extra to make the change. When we asked for the total it was close to $10 more than what we had estimated. Apparently they changed their menu but they haven't sent out new menus? After frequenting here, never again. Menu is in the garbage now.

It is so hard to find good Chinese food in Burlington, we moved here / years ago from Milton , and we have yet to find a place that is as good as what we had grown accustom to in Milton at our go to spot . We have tried about 6 different Chinese restaurants with no luck . Aroma has been the best so far , we picked it up on our way home . The order was correct and they were pleasant. The food was good but not great , but still better than our previous efforts . Don’t get me wrong it was good just not quite as good as I want it to be . We will keep looking but for now this is our spot for Chinese.

Got take out, Shanghai noodles (not very thick), general tao (not spicy), so guy chicken (too much breading), sweet and sour chicken (meh flavour) - it’s decent Chinese food but nothing special...unfortunately. The service was great though!

When Aroma Kitchen first opened, the food was fantastic. I feel that they have gone downhill in the last year. Messed up orders, and some of the dishes such as the beef fried rice, and Singapore noodles are getting tasteless. This has been our go to place, but after 3 so so meals its time for a change.
