Decor reminded me of an English pub. Service was slow. Hugh portions of food. We ordered "fish and chips" and got 3 sizable pieces. We also ordered a beef and cheese open faced sandwich and the beef was dry. Overall it was an interesting place for lunch but I would probably try another place to eat.

Went there on my birthday. Food was burned. Service was atrocious. Put up with slow service for two hours and awful food. We didn't complain once, but when we went to pay, we informed the staff how awful the service and food was and we were summarily ignored. They just didn't care. Have NEVER had such a disgusting dining experience... More

This is my go to place to eat dinner when I am up in Barrie. They have delicious prime rib and lobster tail combo for like $34. It's always delicious. They are consistently good with the food. Service is relatively efficient. My only complaint is that the inside decor is very dated but the place has been around in Barrie... More

The food was OK but, not very warm! The staff are good. The atmosphere is very dull and dark. The cutlery was dirty. I wish they would learn to look at the Utensils when they come out of the dishwasher instead of just wrapping them up in a napkin. URGHHHH!!!!

We are always greeted by the friendly staff here the service is always as fast as you need it to be. The meals are just out of this world tasty and a very nice size portion I can't wait to come back as I find this a little secret spot in Barrie

The only good thing about the Sunday all you can eat brunch today was the price as we had a coupon making it only $10.95 a person. The food was nothing special. The sausages were overcooked. The ham was rubbery. The desserts were a diabetic shock waiting to happen - they were all excessively sweet. The coffee was a little... More

We were meeting friends for a late lunch and had the fish and chips. There were 2 very large fish portions and the French fries were excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. I would state that the meal was excellent and would recommend this place to anyone.

We went for the Sunday Buffet Brunch and it was pretty good. It was only $13 which we thought was a great price. They had so many options and a few unique items that we were impressed with. They also had soup, free juice, big salad bar and so many dessert options! Most of the food was really good.

We don't live in the Baarrie area but we drove up to see if there was somewhere different to eat. We drove around a while and finally decided on Crock and Block. I was a little hesitant because of the decor, but it has nothing to do with the great food! My husband ordered the prime rib and I ordered... More
