"Great Fast Food, Good Service"

We had to get a quick lunch, to maximize our sightseeing excursion time. We got chicken wraps and blueberry/basil lemonade that were both delicious! The service was pretty quick and we got there in good time, no line. As soon as we'd sat down to eat, we saw a line of about 8-10 had formed.

The breakfast sandwiches were tasty and the coffee good, all at a low price. But you do have to stand in line and it can take a while to get your food, as well as find an empty table.

Wonderful coffee and pecan and maple syrup pastries to die for! First place to go every morning for sweet or savoury breakfast.

Typical Tim's liked the variety although I noticed that prices were somewhat inflated. Opened late and easily accessible from the Hotel. Just turn left as you exit the Hotel and your a block away.

As Americans we had heard of Tim Hortons from Canadian friends and were looking forward to checking it out on our trip to Nova Scotia. I can say that it was ok but it was certainly no Krispy Kreme by a long shot. Tim Hortons does offer other things than doughnuts and they all seemed to be busy when we... More

We stopped in for coffee and pastries. I ordered an apple dumpling and my wife ordered a cinniman roll. The waitress first tried to give me apple struddle and when I corrected tried to give me an apple filled doughnut. I guess she was not familiar with an apple dumpling. The dumpling and the cinnimun roll were just ok. The... More

The downtown Halifax waterfront Tim Horton's dark roast decaf was full of rich taste, yet mellow, not bitter. For my taste, it was very good coffee! The ham and cheese tea biscuit had one fragment of ham the size of a rice grain and many spots of cheese on the top. As an American, I would spontaneously have called it... More
