Canada Day this spot was open and a real gem. Crepes were fresh and yummy and my husband's steak sandwich was delicious. I also had a wonderful cocktail with grapefruit juice and campari, a refreshing choice on a hot sunny day on the outside cafe. A great anniversary lunch!

We went there twice during our visit to Halifax and the service was outstanding. They have my favourite Canadian beer Blanche de Chambly and the food was excellent. Really can't say enough about the service, very personable and willing to help. Very reasonable prices relative the high quality of food and it's a sweet little spot in terms of the... More

Cute little place with a French menu. We stumbled upon this place in search of oysters on the half shell. Had oysters (6 for $18). Gnocchi with mushrooms ($16) - very good. Also had salad lyonnaise (minus lardon) with frisee, asparagus, and a poached egg ($9). Pleasant find.

This adorable little restaurant was so impressive. We came in well after the lunch rush and the server was very friendly and attentive. We were the only table in the place and we needed a few minutes to go through the menu. Many of us ended up ordering starters and shared. The tuna tartare was delicious, the onion soup was... More

Just happened to be in the area and stopped in for an early supper. Lucky for us we were early as they had a full house. The food is always good and creative and this time was no different. Great place to visit.

I have walked by this restaurant many times. I always thought that it was more of a fast food place. It is far from that! The bar at the front is welcoming and casual. I wanted a glass of red wine and Jeremy had me try a few before selecting the one I wanted. What fabulous service! Personalized and attentive... More

I took my family out for dinner. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They accommodated my family's every question about the menu. Made my son a special meal that he could eat. My family enjoyed it very much. The ambience is fabulous and pleasant. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've visited.
