It had been a couple of years since I ate at Jamieson's. I had always liked the place but don't always find myself in the area. Due to my overwhelming enjoyment of my meal, I may need to make myself in the area more often! My friend and I shared an order of scallops which were served on a bed... More

We have been eating at Jamiesons for the last five years and they always deliver fantastic service and food. Great neighbourhood restaurant. We love to sit in the big wing backs with trays and have relaxed quiet dinner. There are very few restaurants that are quiet anymore even when they are full.

Quaint little Irish Pub serving fresh premium food. Love the cod cakes, haddock almondine and the ginger carrot soup.

Located in a strip mall, this place is easy to miss so keep your eyes open. It is privately owned (not to be confused with the Jameson's chain) and small. Nice friendly, neighbourhood feel to the place. Friendly and attentive staff and a good menu. The food selection doesn't lend itself to mere fried "pub food" but is actually well... More

We've always made time for a meal here whenever we visit- since they first opened 16 years ago. The atmosphere alone makes this side trip alone worth the effort. They've changed the right hand snug a bit and seems much brighter. They now focus more on craft beer which is great. But we go there for the food - and... More

We returned to Jamiesons for the first time in 18 months. Our previous experience had been average. This time we were very pleased with the meal, service, and the experience. We had pasta, steaks for our entres and they were cooked perfectly. This was part do their $79 special for one appetizer, two entres, two deserts, and a bottle of... More

Local watering hole which has turned into a pub so no longer required to purchase food in order to have a drink. Not withstanding the food is certainly top knotch ( the bread pudding is amazing) and they have 13 different drafts on tap and a pretty extensive selection of scotch and whiskies amongst other drinks. Not really an Irish... More

Really pleased with our choice for our finial night in Canada and my sisters 55th wedding anniversary. Picked specially for the lamb shanks on the menu which lived up to expectation for those who had them. Service was good and the waitress was training a young lady who helped serve us. A nice touch was the owner coming over to... More

I wasn't that hungry, joining Family for supper so I ordered the special - Tomato & Basil Soup. Excellent choice. The soup was delicious and the soda bread just topped it off. Definitely a "do again". Thanks Chris and staff. Always a pleasure dining with you!
