The food is worth visiting for but don't expect a friendly greeting or service. Worst Swiss Chalet we've ever visited for customer service. This wasn't the first time. We go every time we visit Nova Scotia and it never gets any better. It's really sad for such a fine establishment.

On the road to the Cabot Trail, and hungry. Swiss Chalet had Canada Day specials, which included dessert. We left satisfied.

I am a regular at Swiss Chalet.. I love coming here because I'm a big fan of their quarter chicken and Garden salad.. The service is very fast and friendly.. Always a great meal :)

Sometimes it's good to know what you are getting. Good service and food Same as all Swiss chalets -- all under the same standards

We visited the restaurant with a group of our family. The restaurant staff was friendly and food arrived quickly. One in our party found her steak under cooked but not enough to send it back. Otherwise our meals were great and everyone enjoyed their desert. I'll definitely be back.

The facility is clean and the staff friendly for the most part. This facility serves a better meal than other of this chain that I have attended. The layout is a bit convoluted but other than that its a good facility.

Decided to celebrate Mother's Day lunch the day after; one of the best family Mother's Day lunches we ever had! The day before Mother's Day was Chase the Ace so the restaurants would be too busy! The day after there were no crowds, they were prepared for our large family gathering, took our drink and food orders promptly, served the... More

I have to say that this restaurant is very consistent with the quality of the food and the value. I like that I know exactly what I am getting every time. The service is fair, but I do find that things are frequently forgotten by the servers. Some of them are remiss in checking to see if you need anything... More

Great server, I believe her name was Kathy? She's on the ball and knows how to wait on tables. Very polite and kind. Knows the menu well. I had the chicken club kaiser and fries - great tasting! My fiancé had the beef rotisserie and did not like it. He did not get the horadish on it so found it... More

Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?
