It's Swiss there all the same, that's what I like about them. Good food for what it is and generally efficient and good service, but not at this location. To sum up my experience with the service, pay attention to the customer not the chatter that is going on in the kitchen.

I love going to Swiss Chalet for supper...service is always excellent and food is just as tasty every single time. Very, very consistent! I can get in and out in about 40 minutes and food comes very fast! Always happy and full when I leave...great place for kids....wait staff very attentive.

Definitely a meat lover's place. Rotisserie chicken was good, ribs and shrimp were overcooked, sides blah and tasteless. Their spicy specialty sauce just tasted like gravy with clove and cinnamon, and was too weird for our American tastes.

On vacation and so I get to pick an eatout place to go...Swiss Chalet provided what proved to be a great meal, served quickly by a very competent, gracious server. The meals were hot and were well in our price range. Certainly I would recommend to locals or travellers

We ate here on a Sunday night and were surprised at how busy it was. Plenty of choices on the menu and family oriented. Our meals arrived quickly and tasted great. We found our server very helpful and welcoming. We will be back.

The food is worth visiting for but don't expect a friendly greeting or service. Worst Swiss Chalet we've ever visited for customer service. This wasn't the first time. We go every time we visit Nova Scotia and it never gets any better. It's really sad for such a fine establishment.

On the road to the Cabot Trail, and hungry. Swiss Chalet had Canada Day specials, which included dessert. We left satisfied.

I am a regular at Swiss Chalet.. I love coming here because I'm a big fan of their quarter chicken and Garden salad.. The service is very fast and friendly.. Always a great meal :)

Description
Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?
