Large cafe located on main street, near government offices. Great coffee selections, daily specials, ready-made sandwiches, fresh fruit and salads available.

Yes, for the selection in the town, Javaroma is in the top ranks. However, I use traditional macchiatos to grade the store's baristas skill level, and it was a terrible macchiato! A shot of espresso in a medium cup filled with foam?! So after making it through the drink to be polite, I tried their americano, and it was decent.... More

This place has an opportunity to be a really good coffee bar but, the espresso drinks are not great. The staff is not trained as baristas and you can certainly tell. The flavour is bland to say he least. The pre-made sandwiches are nothing to write home about either. It's really too bad. It's not terrible but, could be better.... More

Astonishingly exellent espresso macchiato, which we did not expect up here in the Northwest Territories

Great service, good food and coffees, but it gets very hot in there. Besides the overheating the shop is quite good, would recommend.

Javaroma in the downtown was clean. There was a wide selection of desserts and a variety of sandwiches. I went to hear the live entertainment on Saturday nights but the musician didn't show up.

Before Javaroma was sold a few years ago it hd become quite dirty, especially the washroom. Now it is like a new place, all cleaned up, much better selection of foods, a real nice place to go to.

A good atmosphere, and open into the evening, but the drinks are both more expensive and less tasty than those served at Gourmet Cup. I only ever go here when friends ask me to.

Coffee was ok, not priced too expensive. Walls and floors are very dirty. Ok for a business meeting - food is not tempting. Staff are friendly.

Had a panini that was very tasty but I was disappointed in the taste of the coffee. Nice place to stop to get a quick bite to eat though.
