Ate at this pub two nights in St John’s Newfoundland. Everyone should visit George St if going to St John’s. Lively Irish music both nights. Good food, Quaint atmosphere. Loved it. Lots of room to get up and have a dance if you want or...More

This place was recommended by a number of locals as a terrific place to eat and they were right. We had fish and chips, (can also get corn flake battered fish), and seafood chowder and listened to some great Irish music. Quite a busy place,...More

We went in around 7pm for drinks, dinner, and live music. The fellow seating us said the band would be in by 7:30. We ordered drinks and mozzarella sticks to start. They had three big ceiling fans running at high speed and it was cold...More

Heard George Street is the place to go, so we decided to check it out. Once we got past the karaoke bar and men’s strip club, we came to O’Reillys and decided to it looked busy which is usually a good sign. It took forever...More

We stopped in after dinner for a drink and to listen to the music. It was okay but not as a good as some of the other St. John’s pubs. Definitely not the place to be screeched in.

We stopped in for a while in the evening for a drink and some music. We were not disappointed with the band. It was a group of 6 musicians that were really good. Glad we stopped by.

Good question. I honestly don't believe so. They were pretty strict with showing IDs at the door. I'm sure if you asked them directly they would have a better answer!
