So nice! We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome to Rocket bakery. We were greeted upon arrival by the nicest lady and our food was fast and fresh. Great selection. We were also lucky enough to have a family with instruments come and play!

Popped in for a coffee, scone and a cinnamon roll. Lots of goodies to choose from. Lunch and snacks as well. Sit outside at a couple of tables on a sunny day, and people watch! Made fresh daily, good baked goods.

The saddest part about going home to Montreal will be leaving Rocket behind. This place is amazing! Everything I had was fresh and delicious (I've been 4 times in 3 days). The staff is also very nice.

St. John's seems to have pub food or emerging fine/foodie dining at the extremes with little in between and Rocket perfectly fits the bill for a quick bite that isn't deep fried. The atmosphere is somewhere between quaint and quirky, generally self serve, but with...More

Going from Pippy Park Campground to Downtown, we were lucky to find the Rocket Bakery - terrific coffee and croissant. Fantastic information board where we saw Arlo Guthrie was in town and got tickets. THANKS

Your cinnamon buns rock, Rocket! Just like my mom makes. And the coffee was delicious too. Fun for breakfast and we also grabbed fresh take-away salads, 5-Brothers (local) cheese and home-made 7 grain sourdough bread for picnic lunch.
