Stopped in for an early breakfast 8am even though web info said it wouldnt open till 11am....sevice was excellent. Nice clean restaurant. Breakfast was amazing....eggs, bacon, french toast, home fries and toast with tea/coffee included at a reasonable price. Fresh and tasty with generous portions.

Hubby and I just had supper at Fred's. He had the lobster sandwich that had lots of lobster claw chunks. He loved it. Then he helped me with my scallop and clam strip dinner. Both very fresh not frozen melt in your mouth. EXCELLENT!!

Went here on a rainy mid week night last week. There were a lot of people for a small town which should have told me it had great food. Service was excellent...very clean. We shared a seafood platter plate and it was big and delicious Best battered clams I ever tasted...served with fries, coleslaw and peas/carrots. Can't tell you how... More

I have been here a few times with friends in the past month as I found out they are open all winter. All of us had fried clams and in my opinion, they are simply one of the best in the area. The clams were perfect- warm and crisp. They tend to give very big orders and I usually order... More

My wife had the Lobster Roll which was... More

After church we gathered at Fred's for our dinner. We arrived late and we were all separated. No issues they moved tables to accommodate us what a nice feeling. Everyone had their food, they have the best Hamburg steak dinner with gravy and onions, mash potatoes, cold slaw and vegetables, you have to know this is my favorite. They have... More

During our stay in shediac we had 2 dinner meals and 1 breakfast meal. I had the fish & chips one night and the nice thing is you can choose how many pieces you want so if your not a big eater that's nice. My parents had the fish cakes and they said they were very good. I also had... More
