I live in fredericton and buy java moose beans so when I get down to Saint John I always stop by. Friendly service, great spot, and an awesome latte. The iced spiced chai is pretty great also!

But piling days worth of kitchen garbage in the female washroom was nasty and really took the shine off an otherwise good spot

Located right in the market, this location has many choices of coffee beans as well as baked goods and coffee beverages. My soy latte was perfect. The staff are friendly and very efficient.

Java Moose has great locally ground coffee. It is a locally owned store and has great coffee. They have many different blends.

It is a good coffee, service is sometimes slow. Not "way better" than Starbucks or the ubiquitous and much cheaper Time Hortons

We never visit the market without grabbing a cup of coffee at Java Moose and this time was no different. I'm not a fan of super strong coffee and theirs is robust but I always add enough cream to tone it down. The flavor is rich and flavorful. Try it, I'm sure you will like it. They also carry a... Walking along on a chilly October day, we decided to try hot chocolate but other than the whipped cream it was pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if the funny aftertaste was the type of chocolate or not. After a few sips we threw away the remainder. Maybe their coffee is better

Sorry to hear about our not up to par hot chocolate. We will do better next time. We always try for the best but obviously missed the mark on this one this time. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Saint John and hope to be able to make you a different beverage next visit! More

We stopped for a warmup cup of coffee on a cold morning while on a cruise port day. We enjoyed the tasty coffee, friendly service, free wifi, and welcoming atmosphere.
