Honestly, there is not much to say, it was that good!!! When you go to a place that has "Fried Clams," in the name. . . you try the Fried Clams! They were delicious! A crisp coating, soft and tender inside, mouth-watering deliciousness. I was advised to try the chips. . . hand cut in the kitchen. Very tasty, but... More

We finally tried this place at my son's request (he's eaten here many times). Seating is limited as most orders are for take out. You'll need to wait a bit after you order since food is not cooked in advance. We each had 2 piece fish & chips which took about 10 min. for our order. The portions are quite... More

Here is my summary of Marc's: A fried clam shop in a strip mall that serves clam strips when they claim to serve whole clams. Shimmering mediocrity.

Glad I am not the only one that thought the order of clams was small. Ordered it as take out as that seems the only option. There are tables but the people waiting on orders are standing there with their butt in your face. Ate at Marc's years ago and the order was huge. I won't go back... I'll drive... More

Smallest fried clams portion I have ever got anywhere. I could have fit the portion in the palm of my hand. Oh and it was 14.67. We were shown a bag for the portion size and then given a tiny tiny plate inside the bag. Felt extremely ripped off. We should have got the hint when we saw the prices... More

Heard from locals that Marc's was THE place to go for fried seafood. They were right. Delicious, crispy, naturally sweet clams. They need no tartar sauce or ketchup. The homemade French fries were delicious. Had to have the poutine with fresh cheese curds and were not disappointed. Anne-Marie was genuinely gracious and friendly. The homemade donuts light and delicious. Will... More

Okay when we originally wanted to go to Marc's it was because my husband wanted fried clams and we were told by a few locals that this was THE place to go. Unfortunately for us into was Monday and they are closed Mondays. On our return to Moncton from a round trip of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and P.E.I., we... More

It used to be in the Maritime provinces that clams were a healthy size and one clam with batter was wonderful, and about twenty decent size clams were a regular portion. This place cuts five clams in about fifty small pieces and passes it off as a portion that costs $10.95 plus tax. Also I have never seen onion rings... More
