Found this place on TripAdvisor on a recent stop over in Fredericton. Once there we realized we had heard a CBC story about this place and their connection with Leonard Cohen. So with Mr. Cohen's endorsement we had very high hopes. And we were not disappointed in the least. The service was perfect. They even stayed open just to feed... More

This family owned and operated restaurant offers good curry dishes. We visited during Harvest Festival so the menu was price fixe. Perhaps the busy atmosphere led to some confusion but one our main courses arrived with our appetizer and the other was quite late. The congenial atmosphere offset the lapse in service.

We had a very nice experience at this restaurant. The Caribbean Flavas is run by a family from Trinidad and the family treat you like their own. We are family of 4 and we were travelling from Montreal to PEI and wanted to stop for dinner at Carribean Flavas. The restaurant is open until 08:30 PM and we were running... More

I spent a bit more than expected. I can't say it is cheap but it was worth it. The food is excellent with a genuine taste of Caribbean. The portion of the lamb was large enough to make me full after "cleaning up the plate". I could even ask for more naan bread to make a good use of the... More

This was our second meal at Caribbean Flavas, and again it was amazing. My husband loves food as hot as possible, whereas I just like a hint of heat. It's always wonderful when we get to eat out and we both enjoy our type of food. I recommend the Island Stir Fry Chicken. It is spiracular and I'll certainly be... More

We decided to stop at Caribbean Flavas on our way back from our East coast road trip. After 10 days of seafood, we were craving some spice and heat. The food was so flavorful and the heat was on point. The family that runs the restaurant are very friendly and makes you feel at home from the time you enter... More

This is the best Caribbean food I've had in Canada. The family who runs the place are warm and friendly. The menu focuses on local and organic. You can taste the difference! When I asked for spice level 'hot' they told me 'no' until we could talk it out about how much heat I can handle. It was perfect!
