Love this place. I usually get the all you can eat because then I can try different combinations and not worry if it is disappointing. It isn't just stir fries. They have lots of ingredients and spices so you can make an Italian flavoured mix, or Mexican. They even have soft tortillas to wrap it in. The salad bar is... More

First visit, and we were amazed at how delicious our meal was. Couldn't be fresher, or healthier, and customer is in control of everything in his/ her bowl. We absolutely will return.

So this was my first time eating at Mongo's restraunt. An interesting experience that was worth it. It will take a couple more trips to get things down pat. Lots to choose from to make up your meal. You pick what goes into your dish all the veg, meat, seafood, and sauces. The key is how you pile it in... More

One of our family members has celiac disease and eating out is a bit of a challenge. Mongo's do a good job of trying to make the meal as "risk" free as possible. They have a good list of GF ingredients and the cooks appear to do a thorough job of cleaning the grill and utensils. This is the 3rd... More

The Food here is really good. You get to watch them cook your food. Service is usually good. Only issue that I noticed is that if you eat at the salad bar first before you get your real dinner, you can not take home any of your leftovers. Our waitress told us that after we ate from the salad bar.... More

Mongo's is always busy, a bit expensive but a fun experience. For a few extra dollars, you can upgrade your meal to all-you-can-eat. I, however don't recommend taking this route. If it stays in your bowl, you can take it home with just the one serving. My fiancé and I will go, fill our bowls as high as we possibly... More

I had been to a restaurant in Vancouver where you choose your meat and veggie and they weigh it before they cook it for you. The charge was based on the weight. The Mongo Grill is a little bit different of a concept. You are given a bowl and you can fill it as full as you can with meat... More

My husband and I have come here a few times. It's usually been decent, nothing spectacular though. However, on our last visit we had a terrible experience. The restaurant was not busy (2-3 guests at a time waiting for their food to be grilled) but for some reason our food was taken off the grill too soon. My first dish... More
