Homemade croutons and cheesecake. The thin crust pizza was perfect and the sauce is so rich and tasty. The service was precise and prompt. Love the food. The pastas are so delicious. High quality food. 👍👍

We had never ordered from Little Italy before and wanted to try somewhere new. My husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza which was fantastic. I had the Mediterranean on gluten free crust which unfortunately, wasn’t very good and I’m very forgiving about GF crust because...it just isn’t the same as regular. My husband was very happy with his. Me, I had to find something else to eat.More
We ordered for pickup a couple of pizzas with the excellent creamy garlic sauce and an order of cheesy breadsticks. First thing we noticed, was that the crust was fluffy but also held up to the stiffness test (holding it by the crust and not...have the slice droop vertical), and that was with the X-Large pizza. The seasonings in that pizza sauce are amazing, I bet it would be good with just sauce bread,,,,of course the toppings just make it that much better. Pricing is on par with some of the other artisan pizza chains in Brandon, quite a premium over some of the super chain budget pizza joints (which we also enjoy but the expectations are lower, you know?)
Will definitely order from this place again if we are looking for amazing pizza.More
Tried a couple different items wasn't impressed. Pricey for the portions, was kind of bland. Was disappointed as the original place that had been down on rosser in the late 90's had such amazing flavored sauces.More

My son and I were stopped in Brandon for the night at the BEst West. Ask the wonderful Vai who makes the best pie in Brandon? No hesitation!"little Italy " , 40 mins later a beauty spread of pizza/wings/ribs....delicious.

Thanks for your question. We make the dough for our pizza crust in house. The dough has flour, sugar, water, yeast, salt, corn meal and canola oil (not in that order). As with most breads, the sugar is necessary to activate the yeast and make the dough rise. We do however make a gluten free crust that does not contain sugar. Good luck on your search! :)
