My husband and I own a small business and took our employees there for Xmas dinner for the staff party, Although there was some confusion as to the booking( pretty sure our fault),they were able to accommodate a surprise dinner party of 10 people.Service was outstanding, very attentive staff and great food.Entertainment was refreshing and subtle enough that conversation could... Nice shop, but over priced. Nice little restaurant, but not much selection, and not open into the evening, except Friday. Also, over $200 for a purse!!! Crazy! Shop elsewhere.

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate hearing your views. Rest assured we do have a wide range of prices and styles. As an independent retailer we may not be able to match the box store prices, but we believe they cannot match our service and atmosphere. More

The food and atmosphere are both gorgeous and fun. And the shopping is superb. It is all a bit pricey but worth a visit.

Thanks for the review. Pricing is relative, we are independent not a big box chain and we feel that independent carries with it uniqueness, service and atmosphere that help to keep us gorgeous and fun! Eh? More

Love this restaurant! A very ecletic venue but very warm & welcoming with awesome staff & incredible food!! They also have entertainment play....the only flaw this place would have is that it's not open all weekend for the supper hours!!

On our way to Winnipeg from Regina I did some research w Trip Advisor to find a place for lunch. Our daughter is sensitive to gluten so it can be tricky to find a place with good, homemade-style food with gluten free & healthy choices. When we arrived they were getting close to ending the lunch service but we were... More

At Lady Of The Lake in Brandon,Manitoba. I had Curried Chicken Salad, with Salsa & Chips. I could not resist Raisin Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce. Dessert is large enough to share with 2-3 people. Stop by and just check out the China truck! No matter where you live; run, fly, canoe, motor on over!

Interesting menu, heavy on healthy options - they are quite proud of their local organic fare. Started with excellent coffee (fair trade) and the lunches were very good. I did the soup, salad and sandwich combo. Hungarian mushroom soup was fantastic, the salad (good size portion) came with a great house saskatoon balsamic vinaigrette, and the egg salad sandwich was on... More

First, I did not choose this restaurant as it was for a departure luncheon so my critique is based on my experience. I did not like the food at all...there was nothing on the menu I would ever order at any another restaurant. The first thing that happened after we all ordered and waited for a few minutes was that... More

Description
Come and sit a spell in our sunny cafe. Our recommendation for lunch is a lovely piece of quiche with one of our fresh salads. The wine and cheese salad, fresh greens with goat cheese, grapes, pecans and our famous balsamic vinaigrette is a customer favorite. Then, indulge in a delicious slice of New York style cheesecake, while sipping a steaming cup of gourmet tea.

We source local food, organic when we can and make all our desserts, scones, dressings & sauces with quality ingredients. We purchase our bread and cinnamon buns from a local, organic bakery. Our beef is from local, natural producers. In season, Stephanie grows a variety of our greens, veggies and flowers, straight from the farm to our kitchen.

"Excellent - great to find a place with a gluten free menu" ~ Marion
