Visited here a few times as it is at the base of Blackcomb and we were staying at the Aspens, just a short walk down the hill. They do great appetisers and beer. The half and half onion rings and sweet potato fries are good and the portion size was more than enough for two. Friday night was great too. Live music and drink/food specials. We were in the mezzanine above the main bar so got a great view of all the ‘apre antics’ such as people doing ‘ski shots’! Definitely a place to go with a group of friends.

I have been to this large, loud bar/restaurant three times over the past 10 days for apres-ski drinks/lunch. The drinks were great, there is a wide variety and well-priced. The food is ok. The first time everything was good, the second not everything we ordered arrived and the bill included a few items that were delivered to the next table, the third time took forever to get the food. Both times there were problems the waiter was apologetic and either reduced the bill or provided complimentary drinks to make up for the errors. Not rushing back to eat but will pop in for a drink again.

Nachos, wings and burgers are all on offer at this traditional “end of ski day” bar. Located at the base of the Blackcomb gondola, you can step right off the slopes. Younger, casual crowd. Loud with a good vibe.

SAD GOODBYE
Was myself and my friends favourite apres place for more then 15 years but NO MORE!!
Love the staff and vibe but the attempt to Save And Cut costs by Vail Food and Beverage has ended that.
My favorite was always in the past the Nachos.
I don't even mind giving you 35 Bucks for Nachos and 12 Bucks for a beer. The beer is cold but the Nachos are not suppose to be
Cold Chips with Cold Beef and cold awful cheese sauce. Shame. Bye bye.

Apre Ski mega! Great atmosphere, great music playing! During the day, order at the bar, table number, food rather greasy and everything unnecessarily sweetened! Even the pizza Margarita! Ugh! Very greasy, superdrive me is the motto!

If you like going to the bar to place your order, a low variety menu, poor food, high prices, bad music, a lifeless atmosphere, and a poorly maintained restaurant, then this is the place for you.
For a great time, go over to Whistler village and visit a bar at the foot of the gondola instead. Trust me.

This restaurant/bar at. The base of Blackcomb is a good choice for a beer and burger. Prices are high for what they offer but the burgers were tasty. Conveniently located. Good choice of beers on tap and in bottles.

I loved this bar as it was an actual bar in whistler where you weren’t “seated” and could just approach the bar when you want a drink! Local lager Kokanee was very refreshing and the butter chicken poutine was excellent.

Had a pleasant lunch here served by Carys, who had a lovely chat with us whilst delivering some excellent BBQ wings and poutine with curry sauce - a definite winner.

great burger, good beer, apres ski bar par excellence. Order at the bar format leads to servers wandering around looking lost, but it works in the end.

The bar is located at the foot of the mountain next to the ski lifts - a very convenient place to wait for friends. In the meantime, you can eat ... you can eat ... without frills, but insanely delicious.

We were looking for a quick meal and drink and this did the job. The food is ok and the service good - pretty much what you would expect for the price range - the only thing to be slightly wary of is the noise. We went in around 6pm so it wasn't too bad, but the televisions had been turned up to maximum to accommodate some other guests who wanted to watch the cage fighting and it was difficult to have a proper conversation - not sure what it might be like later!
