After skiing by this cabin one day and smelling the scrumptious waffles, I convinced my husband to go there the following day. The views were spectacular and the waffles are fantastic. My husband had a soup and sandwich and regretted not ordering the waffles as well! From the time you order to the time you are eating is only about... More

Canadian Wilderness Adventures do a fantastic tour by ATV or Jeep up Blackcomb to the Crystal Hut for dinner. The ATV riding is easy but great fun, and the food accompanied by live music is lovely. Expect to see wildlife and amazing views.

My wife and I got up early and skied here for breakfast on clear sunny morning and it was great. The view was fantastic and the staff were enthusiastic, the waffles were pretty good but the highlight for me was the hot chocolate!

Have had the pleasure of eating in this glorious hut once before and this time was no different - quaint, scenic and totally satisfying for all your senses - a must do on Blackcomb Mountain.

Great waffles, but so very popular. We went at 2pm hoping to miss the lunch time rush. No luck. Dont go if starving! Be prepared to wait.

A must whilst skiing on Blackcomb. We visited a number of times. The hot chocolates and waffles are amazing but you definitely need to share, they are very filling. The kids loved the whipped cream on the chocolate and waffles. We also enjoyed the corn chowder and Gruyere cheese bread. Don't miss out on this place!

It took a bit of skiing to get there, but the waffle worth the trip. The view was just amazing. Be prepared to sit on the outside as this is literally a hut. Limited inside seating.

We highly recommend visiting the Crystal Hut on Blackcomb for waffles. I am sure the other foods they offer are great as well, but the waffles are a must have! They are topped with a fruit compote, chocolate drizzle, whipped cream and maple syrup! They are filling, but you will find yourself wanting to eat every last bite! The Crystal... More

One of our group had the challenge of Jersey Cream Day on the Hill skiing . Skied Blackcomb mountain and our stop was planned for Waffles at Crystal Hut. What can I say super chocolate but a little sweet for my taste . However the waffles are rich with cream cherry flavour and super light . Caution- Too big for... More
