I enjoyed the chef's creativity - using tomato chutney instead of plain old ketchup for the french fries and making croquettes out of yam and quinoa. Chef is definitely not stingy with spices so my 10 year old found a few tapas a bit too spicy for her palate. But no one could find fault with that toffee pudding; it... More

This was a surprise- several people said they had the best breakfasts in town, but we went for dinner- they have a number of small plates with some of the best food combinations imaginable. Be sure to try the house smoked salmons. Never had time for breakfast, but will come back here next time for sure!

My friend & I ate here one morning & took our husbands back the next day. It was the best meal we had in Whistler. The B52 coffee was delicious. I had the original frnch toast with Canadian bacon. When we went back I got the maple bacon & cheese fritatta. It was soooo good. The potato muffin that came... More

Hidden away off of the main Village Stroll is a quiet but worth while destination for good but not overly fancy food. The premise is not new but the small plates are fun and varied such as crab cakes, bruschetta, bison bites, or lettuce cups filled with your choice of protein. The wine list is modest but the artisan cocktails... More

We ate here with our 2 kids and enjoyed it. The mussels are super yummy and one of the best things here. We enjoyed our dining experience here and give it 4 stars (it is not Spanish tapas it is more California cuisine tapas). If it were spanish tapas we would have probably rated it higher. Overall, great place

The best in Whistler Village. We were lucky to get a table for five reasonably quickly (20 minute wait). We could have ordered everything on the tapas menu, in the end we ordered more than we needed just to try as many plates as we could. Our family rated the duck & bison tenderloin at the top of the list... More

We always enjoy small plates and the quality here is very good indeed- the no reservation policy means you can get a table when everywhere decent is fully booked. We found the service was good- unhurried but attentive none the less. Stand out dishes included belly pork, heritage tomato salad and excellent fish. We shared a cheese board at the... More

Elements was a cute small spot tucked into Whistler Village. I came with my fiancé for brunch and we were not disappointed. The breakfast was unbelievable, incredible flavors and hefty portions. Loved this place and would recommend to anyone!

Very tasty tapas. You can find food for everyone from vegeterians to meat eaters. Great atmosphere. After long day of skiing you can also get cold Canadian beer. Little bit pricy but is worth for the taste.

Unfortunately the service at Elements destroys the place, one hostess in particular clearly does not care if she is horrendously rude to patrons. Food is descent just need to change their wait staff.
