I liked the setting and the place was not as loud as other restaurants. Food was good but not exceptional.

Four of us had a delicious and leisurely dinner last week at Sidecut. We were staying nearby so walked over and were seated in comfortable chairs with tables well spaced to allow for easy movement and less conversational noise. Our server Damian was informative, quick witted, knowledgeable and really fun. His recommendations were spot on. We had lambchops and steaks,... More

We probably should have liked this restaurant more than we did. Service was good. Food was good. But, for some reason, things just didn't add up to a really fun and memorable dining experience. May have been the wait for our reserved table to be cleared/set...how long does it take to set a table for two?? Or, the table spacing...close.... More

We bought a travel zoo voucher for $39 and it worked out pretty well. You get $30 towards your drinks ($7 beer or cider - or $22 glass of red wine) plus 2 appies (could be worth $58 if you pick the two most expensive). We had 2 beer, 2 ciders, the wings which are spicy ( you can get... More

It is a hotel restaurant. It feels like a hotel restaurant. Beef had a very good quality, but they don't offer too many other meat options (such as pork chops...). Sides were good, but not too inventive. Service was right. Nice wine options, mainly the house blend, from British Columbia. They could also offer some more main course dishes.

Good atmosphere, wasn't so loud that you couldn't hear your dinner companions. Staff was very helpful in explaining menu items, never had to wait for drinks, food was served timely. Food was delicious, everyone in our party of 6 was very happy with our orders.

Had drinks one night. Great selection of standard and unique drinks. The singer was great: solo, took requests and did a great job. He was very friendly and gave our table a private concert. Had lunch another day. They have several gluten free options available.

Restaurant was great. The convenience of being in the resort made it great. The entertainment was fun. Great for family

This is the Four Seasons? Ate here twice with friends and both times the service was lackadaisical and slow. I had to go to the waiters bar station and retrieve the drinks myself as it seems the waiter couldn't get around to it. Bar door is passable. Nothing unique or memorable.

Named for the curvature on the side of a ski or snowboard, Sidecut offers a modern take on traditional mountain cuisine. Situated in the celebrated alpine location of Whistler, the restaurant's sleek wood interior offers an inviting setting where diners can cozy up to the open fireplace or dine on our sun soaked patio. Enjoy dishes such as the Steakhouse "Sushi" Roll, Bourbon Birch Braised Belly of Pork, or prime-aged steakhouse cuts, cooked to perfection and inimitably paired with house-made rubs and signature sauces. Featuring a locally-sourced menu that evolves seasonally, the restaurant's farm- and ocean-to-table influence pays homage to British Columbia's diverse fare. To complement any meal, the extensive wine list features international labels as well as an exclusive selection of B.C.'S premier vintages. Here, steak is more than a meal. It's an experience.
