Every time I have eaten here the food has been excellent. With the currency exchange rate these days it is fair value for US visitors, but for local Canadians it is a bit pricey.

The best meal we have had in years. Everything is so fresh. There is technique on the kitchen, amazing flavors!!! The sides: abundant vegetables prepared with great flavors. We ordered the lamb and seafood mix. Broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms sides. Everything was amazing!!! A very nice wine menu also. The ingredients are sustainable with environment. 😊👏👏👏

Tasty dishes. Portions are generous. Nice presentation. I prefer to sit in the lounge over the restaurant, however, as it has more ambiance. Fireplaces here & there offer a cozy feel. Decor is quasi retro / art deco. Friendly staff - great service. A private patio nestled by stone & forest + outdoor fireplace- great for summer aperitif. The two... More

Lovely restaurant in the Four Seasons - we got a table near the beautiful modern fireplace which was great. Great food and service at Sidecut. The BC oysters were lovely and fresh and served beautifully. The chef de rang who had served us all night carved our 52oz Porterhouse at the table perfectly - he was charming and highly skilled.... Our second trip to Sidecut, and the second time celebrating a special occasion! The staff were aware in advance and made additional effort to make sure our dining experience was again first-class. The welcome from the restaurant manager Andy was great, thank you for the personal service! The chateaubriand was superb and without fault. Cocktails again were fantastic. All around,... More

We had a nice, relaxing afternoon break w drinks and snacks. The food is fine for a light bite. Wine is good - over priced - but good. Cocktails are fine. We just hung out and enjoyed each other and a Warriors game.

My boyfriend and I came to Whistler for the weekend to celebrate my acceptance into my nursing program with a mini getaway. Our itinerary included a beautiful hotel suite, spa package, and a fancy dinner of course. After lounging in hot tubs and getting massages, and consuming little else besides cucumber water, we had definitely worked up an appetite in... More

Named for the curvature on the side of a ski or snowboard, Sidecut offers a modern take on traditional mountain cuisine. Situated in the celebrated alpine location of Whistler, the restaurant's sleek wood interior offers an inviting setting where diners can cozy up to the open fireplace or dine on our sun soaked patio. Enjoy dishes such as the Steakhouse "Sushi" Roll, Bourbon Birch Braised Belly of Pork, or prime-aged steakhouse cuts, cooked to perfection and inimitably paired with house-made rubs and signature sauces. Featuring a locally-sourced menu that evolves seasonally, the restaurant's farm- and ocean-to-table influence pays homage to British Columbia's diverse fare. To complement any meal, the extensive wine list features international labels as well as an exclusive selection of B.C.'S premier vintages. Here, steak is more than a meal. It's an experience.
