My son, his girlfriend and I had the best dinner in town. Craig, our server was great, food was fantastic and my son commented that it was the best steak he has ever had! That's a big compliment.

A very solid choice in the Whistler dining scene. We had an excellent meal here. The service is top notch - friendly, attentive etc etc. The food is always fantastic and consistently so (I have been here many times). If I have a complaint, its that they have taken the game options off the menu (they used to have venison... More

We sat down for dinner at 610pm on a Sunday night. It was very quiet. One person ordered the surf and turf special the other three had steaks and sides. There was no food on out table until just after 730pm. We were starving at this point. All of our food was ok but not worth the price. We had... More

Good advice because as we left (or rather waddled out) at 7pm the wait was 45 minutes + We have eaten all over the world at funky to 5 star. This was the... More

I ordered the 'all day menu' from the bar since the restaurant had closed for the night. The rigatoni tasted like it sat somewhere for a while and the seared ahi tuna nicoise salad was had tuna that tasted fishy.... Forb t he price they are charging and being in the Four Season's hotel, you expect better. I wish Milestone... More

We had to hunt down our waiter on several occasions and the food was cold. The nachos had movie theater cheese on them.

We had 2 black angus fillet (6oz), amazing, and as sides roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus with parmesan. 3 glasses of a great shiraz from kettle valley and 2 desserts: the chocolate bar and the lemon tart. My recommendation would be to have a wider choice of prices for wine bottles or, at least, to include in the restaurant list... More

Named for the curvature on the side of a ski or snowboard, Sidecut offers a modern take on traditional mountain cuisine. Situated in the celebrated alpine location of Whistler, the restaurant's sleek wood interior offers an inviting setting where diners can cozy up to the open fireplace or dine on our sun soaked patio. Enjoy dishes such as the Steakhouse "Sushi" Roll, Bourbon Birch Braised Belly of Pork, or prime-aged steakhouse cuts, cooked to perfection and inimitably paired with house-made rubs and signature sauces. Featuring a locally-sourced menu that evolves seasonally, the restaurant's farm- and ocean-to-table influence pays homage to British Columbia's diverse fare. To complement any meal, the extensive wine list features international labels as well as an exclusive selection of B.C.'S premier vintages. Here, steak is more than a meal. It's an experience.
